Terrible customer service, if I could I wouldn't give them any stars because they don't deserve it. The staff there are very unprofessional, they serve in a super ugly way with big faces. Better save your money and don't go to that place, I don't recommend it at all!!!!!!

What I have never seen before, I went because of a problem with my SIM card and they told me that I had to pay 25 dollars. I didn't understand if I had already paid my line because I had to pay that money again. They were looking for an extra. They saw my stupid face. . I've been with them for 7 years since Boost Mobil and now I want to get paid even in steps. Change personnel who are not competent.

This place is awful!I had an iPhone which in the back it was shattered and the front was completely fine so I took it here to get it fixed and when I went to got pick it up the next day my front screen was shattered. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE what they did was unfair and unjust save yourself the trouble and find some place else.

If I could give them 0 I would I bough an iPhone 8 Plus they keep telling me it was a brand new phone which it was NOT it was not in a box that phone only last two months and it start giving me problems it was a refurbish phone the owner did not even wanted to give a charger for it, i even said ok give me my money and keep your phone well I was in the store and he says no, so be careful before you pay, I don't recommend this place at all, they are scammers...A este lugar le daría 0 si se pudiera, está gente te venden los teléfonos restaurados y te dicen que son nuevos, ni el cargador te dan.... son estafadores!!!
