Love this Pak N Mail. They are under new management and so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. You can get passport photos taken here too.

I had high hopes for this location under the new ownership, but left disappointed. I needed to ship several boxes using my company FedEx account number. The lady refused to accept the packages and said I need to go to a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. I searched online for a location, and this location is listed as FedEx authorized. I went to the pak mail in bee cave and they gave me the forms to fill out for the shipment and she told me that they should have accepted my shipment as a FedEx ship center, but all pak mail locations are independently owned and operated so some do refuse. I'm guessing they don't make money when billing to a corporate account. Since they are not going to accept my business shipments, they have also now lost all my personal shipments and I won't be back.

This location is under NEW ownership and the new owners are lovely. For anyone discouraged from going to this location based on previous encounters, I would suggest you stop by one day and give them a try!!!

Extremely rude, yelled at my girlfriend as soon as she stepped in the door that they don't accept QR codes even though she's shipped with a QR code there before. As she was trying to ask questions and explain that she's done it before they continued to have a horrible attitude and legitimately laughed in her face. I hope your location goes out of business so we can get some people with actual standards and class in our neighborhood. 0/10 :)

I have used this store as well as the local UPS and even CVS to drop off packages. This store is locally owned and to the people who complain "the owner had an accent" yes they do. They immigrated from the Ukraine/Russia and lived here proudly for many years. They are extremely grateful and proud to be living in the United States, as well as Texas. It is their own business and they've done the best they can in a tough environment. They had a very sweet dog that was 13 years old and just sat there. They no longer have that dog with them because they're sensitive to the fact that some people would look in the window and see a dog and not want to enter. So many local businesses are owned by big corporations. These people are doing the best they can to make a living when they have absolutely no control over the price of shipping an item. I find it ironic that people would comment about someone's accent when clearly their English is adequate -and an accent somehow is a negative . I had this discussion with them simply going there for a small purchase of notary of a document. I would consider the next time you are in Steiner and want to ship a document if you have a few seconds, ask the owners about their life and experiences. It is very interesting.

Worst service by a person I have ever had. The man working there needs fired, talked with an accent , tall white guy with glasses. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Fire this bum.

I question if this Pak Mail really is a legit "Pak Mail" or a front for something else. Walked in with a prepaid USPS package and was told they didn't take USPS even though I had dropped off one prior with no issues. There was also a USPS drop off box on the floor yet they wouldn't except mine. They also don't take DHL or FedEx, so what do they take? Lastly, there online hours are wrong so you'll most likely drive to this place just to find it closed.

First, this is not a fake review. Wanted to put that out there because I read a comment saying that the good reviews are fake.
I've been coming here since I moved to Steiner 8 years ago. I've always had a good experience whether it's a package drop off or shipping.
I don't know the owners story, but it does look like they are trying to make an honest living in the land of opportunity. I totally want to support them especially being a ma and pop shop! Please try to do the same.
