Love this place - always my first choice for anything important to do/send. Feels like family in there - everyone so helpful. Sarah went particularly above and beyond a few days ago when I came in for printing up some tax documents and was able to help me figure out how to organize and download what to me was a total jumble. She was so friendly and thorough and awesome - pulled off a miracle!

This is my and THE #1 neighborhood shipping spot - because of how long PakMail has been part of Tarrytown and its amazing associates/employees who fulfill their customers’ shipping - and advising! - needs. Truly, so many of us customers go back the almost 10 years Peter has been at the helm.

Not your ordinary shipping store! Everyone here is always friendly and welcoming. They even have a station with shipping supplies for customers. Lots of cute packaging and cards. And always decorated for the holidays.

I have been going to Pak Mail on Windsor Rd at LEAST once a week since I started caregiving my lady in March.
Every. Single. Time. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face, talk with me and they got JOKES! It makes my heart happy when I leave. They provide Notary services, you can print and make copies, mail ANYTHING! Great people and atmosphere.

I tried to ship a dollhouse on Ebay. I called to get a quote for a 36x24x24 box. Pete told me he'd have to make it from two boxes. The boxes would cost 30 dollars, plus peanuts and tape. I also specifically asked for the box to stay within the 36x24x24 specs as the label was prepaid. He called me after packing it and the bill was 87.87. He charged me for labor. I told him he didn't tell me he charged for labor. He said rudely, "What do you expect? You want me to work for free?" I told him I was very upset, but I'd come in a pay. When I came in to see the box, the box was not within the specified size. It was 38.5 x 24 x 24, so that means UPS is going to charge me for overages. I was very clear with him what size of box I needed, and it was on the label. He paid no attention to it. I was paid 100 dollars for the dollhouse on Ebay. I was charged 87.87 for packing it and I will be charged overage fees, because he packed the box bigger than I asked him to. This is going to cost me more money than I was paid for the dollhouse. He did not care at all that I was upset. Buyers Beware if you are on a budget or trying to ship on Ebay. This will end up costing you.

Stumbled into their office a few weeks ago when trying to mail something abroad. They were able to let me know all the available prices and timelines through the various carriers. The package arrived in 2 days, at less than half the cost it would have been through UPS. AND they were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back.
