My compliments to this Pak Mail and Mackenzie.My wife and I wanted to set up a virtual mailbox. I tried to do this online, but the website wanted to charge us $25 each to finish the process and the instructions weren't very clear.We went in person to PakMail to see if we couldn't get some help. Mackenzie walked us both through the process, notarized our documents for $7 total, and sent in the paperwork on our behalf. She was patient with a grey beard like me asking ignorant questions, set expectations of what the virtual mailbox did and didn't do, and gave us a business card to call if we had further questions.I was very impressed with her people skills and meeting us at our level of understanding.Please keep up the good work. The world needs more Mackenzies.

This is a great local place where the staff knows your name. I've used their mailbox service for years, and it's super convenient. They have a copier, shredders, and a bunch of other stuff right on site. They're a full service center for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and more.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always able to recommend the best options for postage shipments. Also offer a lot of services beyond shipping; the paper shredding service is especially convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing ! I drive all the way from Lakeway because their service is superb. Kirk and the team do an awesome job packing my paintings and getting them out on time. I look forward to shipping with them and catching up with the team . Great people & great service !

Im in the process of changing Pak Mail locations after months of frustration, Im finally cutting this place off. I really wanted to like it because I found Kirk or Jerry (or both, not sure who I speaking with) to be helpful and pleasing but some of other staff members don't care, they don't follow directions whether written or verbal, they neglect orders, mess up orders, and act like they dont even want to be there, and they shouldnt be. Because of this every transaction has been expensive and time consuming and I can't wait to never have to think about it again. It's been such a nightmare to deal with, and I can't wait to put it behind me.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Pak Mail Davenport Village and owner Kirk L. When an auction house shipped to an old address I had on file, Kirk went above and beyond to help me. I don’t have an account with Pak Mail anymore, but Kirk did everything he could to sort out what had happened and to help me. This exceptional, caring service for a non-customer, shows the excellence I always experienced while I lived in the area, Pak Mail’s personal touch and genuine care. I don’t often post reviews. If you are considering Pak Mail Davenport Viliage, go for it! No better service in town: top-notch, friendly, caring and professional service!
