My family walked into Palm Harbor- Round Rock with little hope and a desperate need to get into a bigger home asap, as my mother n law had a botched back surgery leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. We've been renting a house for 20 years and it just doesn't have the room. Shawn Jeffries took us under his wing and treated us like family, helping us navigate through this stressful process and getting us into a home we could afford. My daughter became his partner in crime instantly lol. She now has a Mountian Dew Code Red addiction 😆 but that's ok. We can't thank him enough for his hard work in helping us every step of the way. It was not easy. He made it happen. Much love!

Outstanding experience working with Melvin Lopez in Round Rock! From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He took the time to walk me through all my options without any pressure, answering every question with clear explanations and helpful insights. Shawn helped us find land and a home to put on it. I was very nervous but Shawn was patient and explained everything to me. I got a beautiful home and 1 acre of land. I couldn't be happier

Stopped by Palm Harbor in Round Rock and was met by Nick S. He was super knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. He understood exactly what I was looking for and took his time to show me all my options. I highly recommend meeting with him if you’re in the process of looking for a new home. We tried a few other dealers in the area but this location was by far the best! Not pushy or looking to rip you off like others nearby. Thanks for your help Nick!

If I could them them zero stars, I would. They are the most crooked, deceptive dealers I have ever met. They had a sale on a mobile home for a specific price and would not honor the amount. They quoted a price well above what was on the internet. No integrity, dishonest. I could go on and on but just run! Do not deal with them.

The price is not as advertised
I called, asked for this special online 69k
Then I offered my best offer
And they said it wasn't 69k since has upgrades. So the advertising a home on the picture doesn't exist but the upgraded version is 80kyes the one is available but not advertised.
What a joke 🤣
