I’ve been using them for years. But accountability they don’t have. They lost 2 piece of garments of mine that costed me more than a little. They wanted to give me store credit for my 1500 dollar gucci pants. Not to mention the shirt they lost which was 750. Be careful where you dry clean your clothes.

Decided to try this cleaners with my uniforms. I counted the shirts and pants out to the young lady. She did give me a .48 cent discount per item. I returned to pick them up and I get charged an additional 8$ for why. This is still Sierra Cleaners (Permanently Closed) and should still be closed.Service: Organic dry cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS if you have something expensive, vintage or unique -- they ruined a hockey vintage jacket and then no one there could tell me what happened or if they could fix it.The manager who was not there was the only one who could tell me but when I asked if they could call him and ask what happened, the employee called him and he told the employee he was busy and could not talk now.I have used this dry cleaners for many years when they were Sierra Cleaners and they have changed ownership a couple of times but this latest owner Palmar Cleaners does not have employees or managers that will give any information; I felt like they were just waiting until I gave up and left.

They lose things and then blame the customer. I've already spent more on gas by driving around and around so that at the end they want to give me $20 for a $70 shirt that I only wear once. If you don't know how to do things right, close the fucking business.

I’ve used this place for a long time with excellent service, until they lost a pair of my pants. They requested that I return several times over a month and promised each time they would contact me after looking more and communicating with alterations staff. Never happened. On the fourth visit, I asked to move forward with their process when they lose an item. The gentleman that helped me gave several versions of the policy until I asked him to circle on my receipt the actual policy. He originally quoted me a number a third of the actual policy. He also said it was my fault the item was lost because I didn’t bring it to their attention sooner - even though I did bring it to his personal attention on the initial pickup and each subsequent trip back. He also insinuated that I was lying and had picked up the pants already.I completely understand accidents happen, but don’t accuse me of being a liar for your error.Try out a different place!

I've been going to this dry cleaner for about 8 or 9 years. They're Parmer cleaners now. They're always courteous and professional. Very reasonable prices compared to others. I've never had on issue with any of my garments at this establishment. They take good care of your items and they have convenient hours of operation.

I dropped off a shirt a shirt and dress with faux trim and both were damaged. The brought the shirt to my attention and still tried to like me pay for it after I told them to through it away. Didn't see how damaged the dress was until I got home. Both have been cleaned there before without issue so this was really a matter r of carelessness. When I dropped off there was a roach running across the floor which I should have taken as a sign not to leave my things.

I've been coming to Sierra Cleaners since I moved to Austin about 2.5 years ago. The prices are reasonable compared to other dry cleaners in the area and they do a good job with cleaning dress shirts, dress pants and comforters. The staff are nice and friendly as well.

I brought in one 2 piece suit and a jacket for dry cleaning . A worker inspected all the items carefully but when I pick them up I found one jacket a damage ( looked like done by something with hook) , and food stain is still there and this jacket and the pants look wrinkled. I tried to talked the store manager ( who refused to give her full name and can not speak English) The manager told me the store is not responsible for damage , wrinkles or food stain . After seeing not good reaction from other customers she offered to pay $ 30 for the jacket and wanted to keep it . I was disappointed and left the store. This dry cleaner is cheap and also very CHEAP service. Do not come to this store is you have expensive garments.

My husband brought a few suits here for dry cleaning, two of his pants no longer fit. They look like they shrunk a size. They're too short and tight for him to wear, so now unless we can find those pants again, he virtually has two full suits he cannot wear. Very disappointed, and upset about the money we may have to fork out to buy new suits.
