This is the best Palms in Austin hands down
Unlike the one down off Brodie, the tunnel will give you the tire shine here. The one down south is alwaysssss so inconsistent — it’s not hard to say “spray the wipe tool, not the rims”. 95% of the time I have to take 5 min to get all the spray off my rims, it’s annoying as hell and I can’t for the life of my understand why management doesn’t train the employees to not just spray away + they have towel driers bc their driers don’t work very well in the tunnel
This wash is clean, brand new, and does what it’s supposed to do without any headaches after. I wish I lived closer sadly, but will drive out of my way when nearby to avoid the one close to my house

Express service is decent price & quick. Employees were quick to check me in & power wash my vehicle. Line wasn’t too long either.
