Recently bought my dream car from him.He was super punctual, And he worked with me because I ran into traffic on the way down there so I was already behind our scheduled time was super professional the car was super clean inside and out way better than what the photos showed and the buying process he made it as simple as possible. And now I am the proud owner of 20102 MazdaSpeed3.I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Purchased a 2008 Audi from them 3 years ago. The thing ate oil like no other, turbo ended up blowing 5 months later and had a crack in the head gasket. He explained there was a "little problem" that he fixed and ran like new... They most likely just threw in some fuel additives and called it a day, I personally think. Predatory car dealerships are around and this is one of those. Always wanted to leave a review but was too lazy to care, but thought I'd leave it here for those trying to get a deal in this market. AVOID!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. We purchased a car for my college aged daughter here.Jay was helpful, flexible and made the process completely painless. He was completely transparent about the vehicle and the price. Jay is a man of integrity and we got a very fair deal on a car that I know we can trust - in this used car market that's a rarity!

Aztek Auto Glass went above and beyond to fit a new windshield into the damaged frame of my car after I hit a deer. They worked well past the expected time to make it work. They gave me a 90 day warranty on the work and when I asked for warranty work they delivered with flying colors. They also have the best price in town on the windshields I called about by $100 less than competitors. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SHADY AUTO-GLASS SHOP. I am far from a Karen so this should mean something to future clients. I came in to get a replacement for my quarter glass at 9:45 am. There was only one lady there outside, the only thing she said to me was, can I have your keys? (Without asking for any of my information or who she was) after the fact, I waited 3 HOURS for somebody to even come inside the building. At that point I asked how long it would take, I was told "it's a long process", I asked for an estimate and I was told "an hour or more". Another hour goes by (which makes 4 hours) without anyone even touching my car. I was told they cannot replace the molding (Bc they got an after market glass) but that they can still glue the glass STRAIGHT ONTO THE METAL. I called around and was told that isn't how it works and that they were trying to scam me. I told her no so she told me (((SHE)))) would pick a molding up from a junkyard and send me a picture before hand to make sure it was okay. 2 MORE HOURS GO BY and she still hasn't left to get it. I finally told her I want my keys, I will go somewhere else. Then she says MY CAR IS ALREADY BEING WORKED ON... when nobody sent me pictures of the molding. I walked outside to discover the car was still untouched.. earlier in the appointment I had asked to speak with the owner and I was told "he doesn't speak English" but when I asked again at the end he came to the front and appeared to speak English to me.. I walked out at 1pm with less than I came in with because they took the molding from my car. A women came in and told me it was her 3rd time being there Bc they hadn't put her windshield in correctly and her car started flooding in the rain (she showed me a video. She had to come in because they wouldn't answer her calls anymore. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

This guy is about self, not customer satisfaction! I purchased a 2006 MB CLS55 AMG with 120K. I get it it's a used car. There were/are previous and current issues with the car that the owner knew of and ignored and did not have the integrity to tell me about. In other words he didn't allow me to decide if I was okay the current issues or not! They include but are not limited to. Difficulty with the hood opening, after getting the hood open I find out the hood struts do not hold the hood open, the need to be replaced, he knew about this! Great job on the upholstery, but the piece on the drives side "A" pillar fell off on my way home, he knew about this. The sunroof does not operate as designed and possibly leaks, I'm waiting on my mechanic diagnosis, he you knew about this. These items were brought to his attention as soon as I found them. This shows a lack of integrity on his part. Find another for your automotive needs.

I bought a Ford Escape from Jay at Pana Motors about a year ago. I really like the car and Jay always makes it quick and easy to get an oil change.

Pana Motors is awesome. Our old Yukon dropped its transmission while we were on vacation in the area - 1,000 miles from home. We decided to buy a newer vehicle from another dealer, who refused to take our truck as a trade in. We knew that truck had a lot of value. For someone who could fix it. When I drove by Pana, I saw their mechanics bringing vehicles with this or that problem back to life. They offered us a good price for our truck and have since fixed it up in a way that we think it could easily get another 100,000 miles from a buyer. I know this because we've stayed in touch. As a family who was in a real bind, far from home, Pana Motors was honest, easy to work with, and produced a win-win.

Great company! I'm a car-guy and very particular about who works on my vehicles. I do 99% of all of my vehicle maintenance work. Glass is one of those things I don't do. Aztek is now my go-to automotive glass company. OEM glass installed at reasonable prices by workers who are knowledgeable and careful. What else could you ask for? Stop wasting time scrolling through other reviews. Just call them and they'll hook you up.

wonderful people!I drove 400 miles to this dealership because the had the exact vehicle that i was looking for, as i was driving I was praying that the vehicle was just as good as it was described because i would of hate to take a 10 hour round trip and come back home empty handed. I arrived at Pana Motors and went straight to the car, they gave me the space i need it to inspect the car with out putting any pressure on me, the car was just as nice or even better in person so it was very obvious that the really care about what they are selling. The guy clearly told me on the phone that they don't play play any negotiation games and he was right but the cars they sell give no reason to even try to bring down the price. If only more dealerships ware as good and straightforward as Pana motors. thank you guys

Do NOT go here unless you want to get scammed out of a used vehicle that will break down in the middle of the road only to be told that these things happen!!! Only 5 months into having purchased my used vehicle from them it makes loud sounds while driving, brakes are going out and now it needs alternator replacement!!! Since covid 19 going on, this vehicle has been home mostly and only used for errands, absolutely no highway since I have had it. It's a 2010 Honda Odyssey so I expected better, well since the dealer doesn't care, I will seek further help via other options. I should have went to Mac Haik where I purchased a used van, that NEVER gave problems until 10 years after having it. They are more reputable and dependable. So I would advise you to steer clear of Pana Motors in Austin Texas unless you want a LEMON.

Jay sold my husband and I one of his vehicles back in end of February early March. The vehicle is a 2010 Honda Odyssey in which he charged us 13,000 altogether including a very high interest rate because he said we had bad credit. It's been around 6 months since we had this vehicle and the alternator goes out. Because of covid, I barely used it which means that they knew this vehicle was faulty. When I called Pana Motors and inquired if he knew anything or could help (although it was sold as is) he told me that alternators just go bad and cannot be predicted. So, of course I left a review and the next day after, I received an ugly and harassing text message and phone calls yelling at me about the review and when I hung up... he texted me calling me names!!! So unprofessional but the God I serve the Lord Jesus Christ sits high and look low and best believe He will avenge His people. So guess what Jay? I could have went anywhere in the Austin area to purchase a vehicle but I chose to come there and if you don't appreciate that, it's your problem. People like you always reap what you sow. I forgive you but you will Never get any good reviews, recommendations from me. Surely you can tell the heart of a man the way he conducts business and treats people. Clearly this guy is more concerned about personal image than respect for his customers. So, stay clear away from this place unless you want to be swindled or called bad names if something goes wrong with your purchase.
