We have been going to this location since it opened last year. Very happy a Chinese fast food option came to the area. Understood it takes time to curate help and continued to support. First issue was a mishap with the orange chicken that was prepared incorrectly. Approached the employee and stated the chicken was super vinegar tasting and he offered a replacement. The replacement tasted the same...stated to the same employee and he suggested we were not correct and should get something else in place of the orange chicken. Asked him to taste and he stated he does not eat the food at Panda. Another customer came in with the same issue so it was discovered the chicken was prepared wrong. We grabbed another entree. Today...3/19/2024 Ordered through the Panda app... Went inside like usual to pick up the order as the app text us to say was ready. The employees know who we are...yet had to see our phone and the confirmation number. Never had this happen before with any personal order pickup. The fact that people steal food orders and it forces us all to have to change our way of dining out/pickup order etc is truly sad. No more Panda Express for us and all of our friends and acquaintance's will know of our experience. China Town is amazing and very customer service driven as well as Lotus Hunan located in Westlake!!!

This place is so poorly managed. It's unreal. If you utilize their drive-through, they will never give you napkins, and when you ask for them, they act like you have three heads. Unfairly regular basis, they won't even give you utensils to eat the food that they've just sold you. Clearly need to improve on the training as it appears that young kids are running this place.

Dine in:Got there an hour before close with my parents, and they were out of many meat dishes and didn’t offer to make the ones we wanted fresh for us. My mom is very picky and was highly disappointed, but she is too kind to make it an issue. Very lazy, negligent, and unprofessional staff.Pick up:I’ve given here multiple times to pick up online orders. One time I arrive 30 minutes before closing with plenty of people eating inside and the doors were locked. Another time I went thru the drive thru to pick up my order and thankfully double checked my order before driving away. There was a complete item missing, and when u asked the drive thru person why a portion of my order was missing they said, “oh we’re out.” Does that justify leaving that part of my order unfulfilled AND not notifying me of it or asking if I’d like a substitute, not to mention not refunding the missing item?! They did substitute but only when I pushed.Again: very unprofessional, negligent, and lazy staff. I was hoping this new location would be good for the area, but they just suck.

This location never has something ? today I went to get six entrees but no teriyaki chicken last week I tried to go get six entrees and no mushroom chicken every single time we try to get food from this location they're always out of some kind of a main course. It's freaking terrible and inconvenient for when you planned dinner.and have to go elsewhere and come up with another plan ?

Great new location for Panda Express in the Southwest Austin / Dripping Springs area. A really welcome change given how bad the only other location (West William Cannon Road store) was in terms of offerings and services.Plus the new building looks great. The staff and friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend avoiding that old store and coming to this one for anyone who has a choice.

9:24 pm as I write this, food is hit and miss sometimes good sometimes bad. Pull up to the drive through and im instantly informed because they are getting ready to close 35 minutes from closing they only have limited options. Out of all things you would think to you would have your most popular option in orange chicken available. Never been to a place where because they are closing in 30+ minutes already limiting options.

This place has never been open on time. Every single time I come through at open they lake like 10-15 minutes to open the doors

This is one of the best pandas I've ever been to. We usually get orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and kung pao chicken. Everything was delicious and portions were the same as all the good pandas I've been to. It's not restaurant quality food, but it's not supposed to be. You can't compare panda express to a sit down restaurant. Come on people. Place was nice and clean. Service was fast. Overall I'm super happy with this location and hope they keep it up.

The staff is not serving same quantity I order a bowl and the amount of food is not touching the lid, another bowl order beside mine the food was touching the lid served by another staff member

This location has continued to improve and has been both fast and fresh on my last few visits. Keep going Panda and great job.

That staff used to put less food in the containers , I asked the lady to put more and she just ignored me ! Not going over there anymore one client less

Maybe because they'd just opened recently, but they were very disorganized with many empty menu items.

Came into the panda express at dripping Springs went through the line got a plate and noticed that there was an empty dish bowl that had four pieces of pineapple in it. I've had to ask if I could have those four pieces of pineapple with my orange chicken and he told me he would have to charge me a new entrée.
