I had my Parachute box shipped to my parent's house for Christmas, and after I unwrapped my presents it wasn't there. My parents said they never received it, I tracked my order and it said it was delivered and had a picture. Assuming my $1k parachute bedding box was stolen. Luckily Parachute has the BEST customer service (Luis) and instantly said they would replace or refund. I would totally recommend and purchase from them again!

My wife and I spent a thousand dollars on new bedding. Only two years after purchase, buttons started falling out of duvet covers, internal ties fell off, and we had holes in the blankets. When we asked the manager in the store if anything could be done to help, she said "sorry you should expect these things to happen to your bedding after 2 years." What a joke. You've been warned, stay away and purchase better quality for FAR LESS on Amazon.

The linen bed sheets fall apart after 1-2 washes. I am very careful with laundry, and I even work with linen as a fiber artist myself - these sheets are clearly made of very poor quality short fiber linen, if I had to guess. Do not buy the linen.

Great bedding and bath. Variety of linens. Waffle towels are superb.

Just moved to Austin and have been refurbishing for bedding and such. The team here is very helpful, and the materials are quality made. They’re helpful with exchanges if something doesn’t fit quite right.

We love Parachute Home and the awesome Turkish sourced products they have. Austin Parachute representative, Inayah, helped us to pick out a comfortable organic cotton blanket - thank you! Their towels are also exceptional and great value. Pro tip: if you want to get a discount on their products, they run sales twice a year - Memorial Day long weekend and Black Friday.

I recently moved back into my permanent residence and decided that my bedding was in need of a serious upgrade. My condo is on S. Congress, so I stopped into the boutique while out walking my pup. I’d heard a bit about Parachute but this was my first stop into a store. The staff is so friendly and super knowledgeable! I had quite a few questions and not one went unanswered. A couple of sheet sets (percale) and a set of towels (including one for my pup!) later, consider me hooked. The price point is on the higher end, but trust me they’re worth the extra $$.

I came here to exchange a quilt and Morgan, the store manager, was an absolute dream to work with. She was so kind and helped me pick out a new quilt and colors for my bed based on a photo I showed her of my bedroom. I brought my purchases home and they look amazing. I will be back to this store to see Morgan for more design tips and Parachute goodies asap!

The customer service is excellent at the Austin store, The staff was very knowledgeable on products. I returned. to Michigan and ordered the Percale sheets in clay color and the Mulberry coverlet online. My shipment arrived less than a week but above all I absolutely love the sheets. Best purchase ever! All I can say is “ I was missing out, I had no idea that these sheets were so cozy and comfortable beyond measure. ( I just wanted to stay in bed)?Just what I needed. Will continue to buy from Parachute. You won’t go wrong.

Bought a duvet and sham set, had guests coming into town. When we unwrapped the goods at home, the sham was ripped and there were questionable stains all over the duvet. Pretty gross. Contacted customer service, haven’t heard from them 3 days later. I’m sure I could go in-store and swap this out, but haven’t had time and getting to soco / parking is such an inconvenience. Really bummed, longtime Parachute customer. 3 stars because the guy at the store was super lovely and helpful. Just not sure I can trust the product here.

I’m sad to say that this product is not worth purchasing. I purchased a whole bed spread in January for mine & my partners anniversary. It has now been 11 months with regular cleaning and use and the sheets have started to fall apart. There are wholes starting to come through on the corners as well as one large one in the center of the sheets.

This store is wonderful. The product is top notch and the staff are incredible helpful. I came in to purchase new bedding and they went above and beyond. They took the time to make sure I got the right combination of fabrics and colors. And my husband loved the items when I brought them home :) Thank you ladies!

I have loved Parachute from afar for many years. I moved to Austin at the end of October, and as I was walking down South Congress I spotted the store. Every single thing I love from Eeyore to Parachute is in this city. I purchased a home (still in the process of being built), and I decided to go ahead to Parachute and buy all the bedding I'd need for my future master bedroom during the Memorial Day sale. I went to the store to check out the colors and feel all the different materials. Typically, I had been a sateen buyer, but I figured in Austin I should reevaluate and try the percale. I was shocked by how soft the percale was. It also had the most (neutral, because everything at Parachute is pretty neutral) color options. I had a few questions about both combining colors and the different materials (I also wanted a quilt), and they were super knowledgeable and helpful. I really can't recommend Parachute enough. I've also tried Brooklinen, and while it's a great choice, I think Parachute is worth the extra $$$, especially if you have trouble sleeping like I do.
