I ordered an Echo limiter cap removal tool to replace one I misplaced, which is needed to adjust the carb high speed needle on many of the Echo 2-stroke products. Three days later I get a call stating they can't sell me the tool because I'm not a "Tech". Why they assumed I wasn't a tech is beyond me. I've been working on small engines for over 50 years. My advice to Part's Tree is to not make assumptions about customers, as sooner or later they may run out of people wanting to do business with them.

Machine diagrams available for my machine, drilled down, found the numbers, then clicked the numbers at the right hand, then clicked Check-Out, checked out. Now let's see we are going to get a happy ending in a few days.

Could not be more aggravated with the time it has taken to get my parts. I also ship parts across the country, and use the USPS with no delivery times past 3 days, it took 2 days for my package to leave their facility and 4 days later it still hasn’t arrived. Buy elsewhere

So far bad experience, shipped wrong part and so far no one is taking responsibility to resolve professionally. So much for “Shipping Right part fast”. Sent photos of wrong item now twice and still not acknowledging if getting right part. Not good customer service experience. Poor label blamed on UPS, replacement part promised, will see. Replacement part arrived and is correct.

My parts weren’t delivered due to incompetent USPS people. Called Parts Tree and the reshipped them no questions asked. Top notch service!

I give them 2 stars for the ease of part lookup and they actually had the carb I needed that was designed for my specific application. Or at least they gave me 2 options when looking it up and one was specifically for VanAir which I needed and other parts stores didn't get that specific. I thought for sure that would do the trick being for my VanAir. I do not believe it to have been a new part though and that was NOT in the description. I'm not a mechanic, but the part where the gaskets go had blemishes in the finish and it looked like someone went through it and verified it was rebuilt. That's fine, but state that in the description that it's a rebuild. I installed this hoping that it would help my engine problem, but the $38 carb I bought from amazon worked better than the $378 one from partstree. I called for instructions to return it but notice that the RMA states that if they deem it not resalable they will discard it with no notice. At this point I guess I'll have a $378 dollar paperweight and if the one from amazon fails I'll give this another go.

I ordered two 20inch guide bars for a Chainsaw $30 ea. They sent me two 18inch guide bars their mistake. The part number defaulted to the wrong number because someone entered the information wrong in their data base. They responded to my initial contact msg inquiring on how to return them right away early next morning with a RMA# and a notice saying they are not responsible for the return shipping and provided me with a return address. I found out it was going to be $30 for me to ship them back. Pretty ridiculous since I paid for shipping on my order. I sent another msg asking for assistance and yes complaining NO RESPONSE !!! So I would rather pay double then do business with a company that does not stand behind their products or mistakes. Lesson learned read the return policies and consider that when making a online purchase.

I am so disappointed that when you need a part and it’s right next to you And you have to spend $150 in next to Air just to get it to you for $30 part. Very disappointing

After more than two weeks of shipper notifications that my package was out for delivery "Today", I emailed PartsTree customer service to notify them If returned I still needed my parts. I received a reply that same day with an offer to send a whole new order out, at no cost. WOW! I did not even ask. They clearly saw the package had been lost in shipping and responded. Thanks Parts Tree and Carol @ your Customer Care TeamDrill Labs, Inc.

Very good selection of parts diagram's for many different machines and very accurate. Just make sure you put the right information in and you'll get the right part numbers guaranteed. Decent shipping prices but are subject to change for bigger items. All around good company

I order two mower blades on August 10. It first went to West Frankfort, IL, south of Chicago and 35 miles from my home. Next it was shipped to New Berlin, WI--MILWAUKEE. After several days it meandered back to the FedEx facility in Aurora, IL. It sat there for two days and then on Thursday the FedEx tracking informed me that they had handed delivery off to the USPC. Seven days later my order has not finished its thirty mile jaunt from Aurora to my Post Office in Serena. No response from Part Tree to my latest email.

I replaced my original Cub Cadet steering parts after 6 years with parts from Partstree. Those lasted 11 months (3 of those were over Winter). I inquired about warranty coverage and they only had a 90 day coverage. No offer to replace them or to make it right.
