Just bought a pair of their $300 boots, stepped in 1 small puddle, and the leather is completely ruined. Only worn 3 times. Not good quality at all. To make things worse, when you call them it goes straight to voicemail and nobody returns your calls or messages. Not a good way to run a higher end brand. Sucks too because I loved the style of the shoes and was so excited to try out a new American brand. :-(

Absolutely amazing quality of product and customer service. My girlfriend purchased a pair of the Toe Cap Boots in the green color for me as a gift from a show in Houston at the Sawyer Yards around Valentine's Day 2020. There was a great salesman (younger, tall guy) there at the modified Humvee military truck on display and he helped walk me through the features of the shoes and comparisons between the different styles and colors.He lended me a shoe horn and I immediately felt as if I had put on perfectly hand crafted premium leather shoes that were made just for my feet... it was like slipping my feet into butter, then standing on clouds, and then having the boot support of a quality shoe that will hold up to any sort of work you throw at it.I also managed to call the posted phone number a week later on a Sunday afternoon with some leather care questions, and they answered with great feedback with a smile you could HEAR through the phone, not a bother in the world... now THAT is some good stuff...Amazing... I cannot speak highly enough of this product. I purchased a pair of these for my boyfriend about a year ago and he honestly raved about them to just about every person he encountered, in addition to thanking me every day for purchasing them. Because he wore them - EVERY DAY. In his words, the leather was so amazing and comfortable that they became a second skin to him. When we marched in a parade in Chicago, I thought for sure he'd choose some tennis shoes, but no. He chose to march in these because he said no other shoe could fit him better or be more comfortable than his pair of Penny Lucks. You'd think he'd have worn them out, but they still looked amazing and they'd shine up easily.Very unfortunately, a couple of months ago, my boyfriend's car was stolen - and of ALL the things that he lost from this incident, including his car, he misses his Penny Lucks most of all. I know, because he still talks about them on a near daily basis. It will be a good while before we can purchase another pair, but you can BET there will be another pair of these in the future for him. Hands down, an investment that is worth every PENNY!

For Christmas, I didn't know if we'd be able to replace his shoes, but when I called the store and mentioned why I was interested in purchasing the exact same ones, the gentleman at Penny Luck went out of his way to show compassion for our situation. His kindness and consideration further solidified my loyalty and love for Penny Luck. Thank you again for helping to make Jake's Christmas a special one. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes from Penny Luck- both from their booth (a year apart) at SXSW in the Convention Center. Their customer service is fantastic, and the shows are of amazing quality. Durable, stylish, and I always get compliments. The penny on the sole always gets attention when I'm sitting with my feet up! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I just dealt with one of their managers Charles and WOW, this man went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!! I will be a customer for a life. I was in a meeting and he dropped them off at my office, wow, what service. Penny lucky is lucky to have Charles, oh and the shoes are pretty awesome ;)

I recently purchased a pair of Grey fords after stumbling across this brand at the local pecan street festival. The demo shoes I looked at were a great match for my upcoming wedding, and suit. However, the pair I received had a almost unnoticeable shade difference that was glaring when paired up with my suit under white lighting. Despite the minor nature of this problem the team at penny luck put me in contact with their supply warehouse and sent me pictures of shoes in stock to let me select a replacement pair. The end result exceeded all my expectations for customer service and product quality.
