favorite pharmacy. at one point my insurance didn't allow me to go to peoplesrx and it was a complete bummer. i tried a few other places because i had to. was thrilled when i could go back. everyone is so helpful + friendly + knowledgeable. one morning i was walking in right when they opened. my prescriptions were ready to be rung up by the time i got to the counter! how do they remember everybody?! ˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗

This pharmacy is local and supplies compounded prescriptions that are personalized for your physical needs as well as traditional prescriptions. I love the availability of supplements usually only found online. I wish the little deli where sandwiches, soups, smoothies and coffees could return. The food was quality and great. Always a good place to pick up fresh items. The food choices in the refrigerated section are okay, but not the same. Frozen foods are specialized for gluten free and/ or vegan eaters. Wonderful.

I can’t imagine a pharmacy better than People’s Pharmacy. I especially value their expertise in their excellent wellness department. Austin is so lucky to have this type of pharmacy and in so many convenient locations.

I have been going to peoples for decades specially the one in Westlake and I have always encountered very professional and kind staff. Not today, I waited for + - 10 min for the pharmacist who ignored my presence: then when she finally asked me what I needed, she did not even moved from her chair to show me what I should buy. I told her to show me and with not very professional attitude showed me. I don’t think I will go again to make any consultation. She was not very helpful or polite

I’ve been let down and my health at issue because of this pharmacy more than once. Oftentimes rather than the 48 hours they say it takes to fill a compound it takes more like a week. Now they were closed because they were without power all week and instead of making an exception to their usual closed weekend hours and opening so patients could get the meds they couldn’t get all week they are still closed. And let’s also talk about their hours which I struggle to make as someone with a 9-5 job. They are open 9-6 during the week and closed on the weekend.I’ll be finding another compounding pharmacy soon because this one leaves much to be desired.

Not happy at all. Everytime I was told it would be delivered that day. And yet it never happens for what ever reason I've gotten delivers around 9pm before that just ridiculous!!! I was told 5 different times today by 3 dif ppl it would all work out and once again ppl fell through the cracks AGAIN. Why we hate delivery but don't have a choice.

I've been going here to most locations for 6 plus years. No place like it to get my favorite nutrition and supplements. You'll always get good advice here. I struggled without it when I was in Houston.

Having a pharmacist that doesn’t wear masks, or social distance (she actually posts pictures on social media of herself at large gatherings) is unacceptable for a pharmacy. People come to your place of business because they are sick, and your pharmacist is a covid denier, she could easily cause many people to die.

Lead Pharmacist does not follow Covid Recommendations. Socializes in large groups frequently without a mask only to return back to work putting customers at risk.

the actual pharmacist disregards covid protocols m, regularly goes to outings with 10+ people, and refuses to get a vaccine.

Trash business. The owner is an absolute garbage fire of a person who doesn’t wear masks. Doesn’t social distance. Parties with others who are not safe. Then tells people that masks don’t work and that the Covid vaccine is not safe to take.
