I needed help washing my dog, and I got it at Pet Supplies. Then I forgot to tip the dog washer, which they said wasn't necessary, but he was good with my girl and I would have tipped him if I'd remembered. So I thought hey, I'll write a review and mention him. And now I can't remember his name. So I'm messing up here, but he didn't. First off, I think this is the only place you can wash your dog after 6 in this town. Mostly I think that's a self dog wash kind of thing, but I had help last night and it was appreciated. Also this place has a great selection of supplies. They are aptly named. And I've got me a clean and happy doggie. I need to remember that this place is here. It's a good pet store. Oh and there is a wheelchair ramp near the door for those of you who like to know that sort of thing about a place before you go.

Wide variety of treats, food, supplies and toys for my pup n yours. My dog is pretty picky about the food he eats, and I can find great products with safe and healthy ingredients that my dog enjoys. Friendly staff and a clean store too. They have a great reward program too. Great location near the HEB of Mopac and Parmer.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years at pet supplies. I bought food and contained it in a large screw top container a month later I was mixing it with other food. I took it back to store with receipt they wouldn’t return it because I didn’t have original bag? Who keeps the dog food bag for a month? There were bugs in it and I dumped to bags of food out and returned the rest to store but, the supposed manager said if you don’t have the original bag we can’t return even with receipt. Their website and acct management is so bad it’s not worth it and I was told how bad the website is by an employee. I got a 15% discount on my email yesterday and said use by April 25 2025 really. There many better places and they lost a very good customer

Since going independent they can’t seem to keep things in stock. Used to go here a lot before but need to go elsewhere to find the litter and other supplies I’m looking for

We took our two large dogs here to use the dog wash for the first time and had a great experience. Washes are $15 or you can get a punch card that includes 5 washes for $35. The wash basins were plenty large enough for our 80 lb golden doodle and 70 lb husky lab mix. Sprayers and dryer worked great, stocked with several different shampoos and finishing sprays, and the high velocity dryers made it quick and easy to dry our dogs. The staff was also very friendly and restocked towels for us while we were washing. Definitely make this chore much easier and more convenient for us!

Love, love, love this store! Not only is the staff incredibly kind and helpful, they are also very knowledgeable about their products (of which they have a great variety) and animals.

I found this place and it was my first time here to use the dog wash. The area was extremely dirty and there were no clean towels. I guess they never clean it out in between washes. They didn’t have enough supplies to wash the dog so it’s good I brought some of my own. Will not return.

Whole staff is awesome. Helpful and knowledgeable with fish exotic and standard pets all around. Never going to pets martial or petco again.
