This is a great store! I like that it’s locally owned. The prices are comparable to other pet stores but they have lots of sales and a rewards program. I’ve been buying everything that I need for my cat there.

The people here were very friendly and helpful. I love the dog washing station. And the fact that it's walk-in makes it very convenient. So much easier when you've got a dog that's not exactly happy about having a bath. Better lighting would definitely add to the appeal. It just seems kind of dark and dingy. Reminiscent of an old hospital with green walls. Other than that it's a wonderful store that could benefit from better lighting and a fresh coat of paint.

I'm reviewing again and added another star. The staff is always friendly and they have a good selection for a smaller space. I'd much rather shop here than any of the 'big' chain pet stores.

Great prices, friendly service. We also found out about a pet called a tagu and snake they rescued - how cool of a store! They take it on walks to HEB!

Great store. My cat is picky about her food and I've tried one brand after another. Pet Supplies Plus has pretty much every brand and there's still a few left before the cat is out of luck.

they at least carry more brands than HEBThis location is a coin flip, will I see both counters available for checkout and get in and out quickly, or wait in line while a disinterested employee distracted by their co-worker struggles through a transaction in a disorganized mess? This spot is closer to me than 183 but the disparity between them often has me driving to the other.I don’t like leaving these kinds of reviews, but this experience hasn’t been a one-off. Even now I’m waiting for an online from yesterday for “in stock” items to complete…

I don't typically write reviews but here goes: This store has certainly gone downhill in the last few months! While once a pleasant store to enter, it now appears cluttered and uninviting. Aisles are not well lit and the ambience is dark. It seems a bit like shopping in a warehouse now. The worst offense, in my opinion, is that small animals are in individual cages sitting on the floor near the front door and are exposed to drafts from the opening and closing doors and are easily approached by large and small dogs alike that are shopping with their owners. The cage openings are easily accessible to anyone who chooses to open them. I feel terrible for these small animals (ferrets, guinea pigs, etc.) who stress easily and are terrified each time a larger animal approaches thecages and takes great interest in them (barking, sniffing, pawing) until the owner pulls them away. In my opinion, the people that manage the store seem to have little regard for these animals. I discussed my concerns with one of the cashiers who was friendly but said that it was management's decision to have the animals there. As long as people support this practice at the store, the less likely it will ever change.I am moving on to Petsmart and Petco where the weekends are filled with animals who need homes and so much support is given to animals in need through Petsmart Charities and the Petco Foundation. I hope people reading this will consider doing the same.

I love taking my dog here to get baths, I hate doing it at my apartment. So messy and it’s cheap when you buy the punch card! $35 for 5 baths. A single bath is $15 (expensive so I’d recommended the punch card) My only complaint is that I wish the dog bath was more organized and cleaned in between dogs. Tub can be dirty and they sometimes don’t have enough soap. I usually bring my own

It was only about $30 for a punch card for the self-serve dog wash, which is a steal, and we're excited to come back to use the rest of the punches! There was only a short wait, and they have absolutely everything you need for a good doggo wash experience-- including a high-velocity dryer which is a must as any double-coated dog owner knows! They also have a great selection of dog treats for post-wash, which is always a plus. We'll be back to use the rest of our punches and we're glad to have this place close by!

I called on Tuesday, July 4 and spoke to someone and asked them if they were open. They told me they would be up until 3 o’clock so I made a trip out here. I got here at 2:20 and the doors are locked and a woman came out and I asked her if they were closed and she rudely said yes the website and the door both say 3 o’clock ! I guess I didn’t feel like working today completely unprofessional! Several customers came to the door looked at the sign, then lookedat their watch, shook their head and walked away. I hope you guys lost a lot of customers today completely unacceptable. I will never come here again that’s for sure.
