The grooming team in this location is incredibly short staffed. This has resulted in multiple grooming visit cancellations. I had an appointment for a bath scheduled and reported to the appointment to find out no one was working today. I didn’t get a cancellation notification before driving 20 minutes to the appointment. I would not recommend using the grooming service.

Very nice and clean. Employees are helpful and nice. Seemed like they were happy to work there. Easy to find help and products. Wish I had more money I'd have gone home with baskets full. I recommend this store 💯%. Plus they deliver same day if ordered by 1pm I think? It's my #1 pet store. Good job Petco and thank you for a good experience. Those are hard to come by these days.

Got some cute affordable holiday attire ($17 sweater & $3 clearance collar) for my fuzzy baby but the thing that ruined my experience was the 2-for-$5 section near the checkout. Why that sounds amazing, I’ll just grab 2 cute little toys, no! Only SOME of the products on the shelf qualify. They put cheap crappy toys next to items that would make your bank account weep.

If management sees this; please do not carry betta stock if you do not have the staff to take care of them. most of these cups were very dirty with most of the stock either dead or dying. This looks to be neglected for several days since some of the dead fish were decomposing. your other fish tanks looked well kept, just not the bettas.

Really sad to do this my dog & I have been coming to this location for 2 years now for nail trims & goods. While the store its self is clean & nice. We just attempted to get a nail trims which is a walk in appointment always has been there isn’t even an option to book it online or on the app. Despite being the first ones in line the girl with a short black bob made us get in the back the line and wait for appointments to be checked in. Then we finally were helped she lied to me & said his rabies vaccine is out of date & refused our service. I called my vet to double check & his vaccination is not out of date… so I guess the don’t want us coming in. We won’t ever come back to this location.

I took my dog here who wasn’t eating, drinking and had lost of eye boogers. I was told some labs were elevated but nothing to worry about. Was only given fluids for his dehydration and a vaccine for nausea. Was charged $250 and my dog did not recover at all. I went to another vet that my coworker recommended they immediately were able to determine the problem they gave him fluids and provided me 3 medications. All for less than what they charged me here at Petco. I would definitely not recommend this vet I got the impression that the only thing they cared about was money and not the dog. Definitely don’t come here if your ready to pay a lot and for nothing to be resolved.

The animals are not in good enclosures at all. Many of the small rodents are doubled up with bedding that doesn’t even cover the entire bottom go their enclosure. Hamsters need at lest 4 inches of bedding and they do not even have one. They have 4 bearded dragons in in a single small cage and the list goes on. Honestly this is an extremely gross treatment of animals and they need to better.
