We came in to have our new puppy bathed and introduced to grooming. Kalee did such a wonderful job. She was so gentle with her and so helpful. The other staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Needed my service dog a bath, so I gave this place a try. I usually go to the one by but they had no openings. None the less, this store was a bit laid out differently. They had lots of clearance, well not lots but christmas stuff still. Will go back. They are nice and friendly there.

Petco has a good supply of dog food brands and the prices are decent although it’s still usually cheaper to buy things on Amazon. Some of their dog toys are a little pricey, but their dog wash is good and made it a lot easier then doing it in the bathtub!

This review is a few months overdue, but I am still annoyed so here it is. Store is clean and well stocked. Gathered my items and headed to the register. Prices were higher than expected. (I was expecting sale/club prices). When I questioned Cashier Ellie about the prices, she gave no hint that I needed my Petco card for the discount. She just went ahead and returned/credited my items without a word. She did not appear happy to be at work. She was not helpful. After credit issued, it occurred to me that she never asked for my card/account number. I asked to speak to the manager just to mention that they lost a $50.00 + purchase over the fact that when I questioned the price total, good ol Ellie never bothered to mention the club card number. Manager was nice, but I was already done with this visit. Headed home and ordered the same items online FOR LESS MONEY and had it sent to the house. I would prefer in store shopping but not when there is customer no-service.
