Absolutely don't waste your time. I took my elderly dog there today around 3pm for a walk-in service (as advertised on their webpage they offer nail grinding with no appointment necessary when the salon is open), but was turned away by Lupita the grooming salon manager because they "were done taking walk-ins for the day" and told to try calling ahead or coming in another day. Tracey, the store manager, was too busy playing video games on her cell phone in her office to assist. We definitely won't be coming back after being loyal PetSmart customers for fifteen years.

I Give this place 1 star and if I could I give it a 0 the worst pet smart I been to. I ask an employee for help and she just look at me and ignored me the lady is really rude to the point it seem that she wanted to fight me just for asking questions . I cant believe how they have an employee like her. Instead of feeling welcome to go buy what you want it made me leave without anything.

#PetSmart is my 'go-to' local pet store, bc they've got the best selection of #cat food.
You can book your pet into the Wellness Clinic, but they seem to cater to #canines vs #felines, with coupons for obedience classes, haircuts for dogs, overnight kenneling services, if you want to vaca, but can't take your #dog.
Easily accessed in the #UniversityOaks block of BigBox retailers & commercial spaces, parking is usually adequate, except from 11a-130p, when the locals & travelers descend on the area for lunch at the many restaurants.
Still ... I can get everything I need for my two rescues and not pay much more than I do other places.

I have lived in the area for 2.5 yrs now and this is my go to for Diabetic food for my kitty.In the last 6 months or so this store has gone from a really good store to a really great store!! Staff communication is awesome, very helpful , friendly and management phenomenal !! Hope rescue is there with the " Furbabies" ,the volunteers take such good care of them while they await there forever homes 😻...A great store in all

This place needs major help in the fish department. Dead fish and the worst fish tank maintenance I’ve ever seen at a pet store. Very Inhumane ! Also, asked for assistance with checking the water from my newly setup Topfin 20 gallon aquarium and the sales associate looked at me crazy. Asked over the walkie talkie for assistance and after 10 minutes of waiting and realizing how gross their fish tanks looked we just walked out. Never again.

Lady handling hamster and guinea pigs was super rude. Throwing things around and grabbing them so forcefully. She was rude to customers as well. Worst pet smart location and experience I’ve had. Those poor animals…

I would really only come back here if I was in a pinch. Prices were higher on the things I wanted compared to other places. It was also pretty messy.
I cannot speak about the grooming or vet services. I am strictly speaking about my shopping experience.
