Went to this location to get grooming service for dog as I was told it would be a 20min wait I ask if he could check me in as he was checking me in he was eating another customer came in the employee closed up his container with his food inside and placed on the back table to assist the other customer when the customer left he went back to get his food and continue to check me in there was no communication that he was on break so I told him if he is on lunch to finish his lunch and once 20mins had been reached I will check dog in for service he then told me if I wanted to reschedule I said no I will wait so he proceeded to eat I found that very rude and unprofessional for any staff to be eating while taking care of customers so I ask to see the manager I spoke to James the Manager he spoke to employee as the employee told him he was on his lunch but this employee never mention that to me at all so James check us in very nice
The employee took the dog for nail trim came out 5min later said he could not do the service because the dog was not allowing him to now the dog I took in was a Russian toy looks like a Chihuahua just curious if the employee didn't want to do the service after I spoke to the manager people who don't really like public service should not work in public service I will not take my client there again

I visit this store monthly. The one time I actually purchased something the bag is discreetly opened and contaminated. I guess I should have paid closer attention. Great job James and staff.

They refused me the restroom and they treated me like a criminal. The accused me of not having money .So next time I will give them the same energy back.

I went in person to book a grooming appointment a week prior, and I made sure to mention that my dog isn’t great with other dogs. They said it was fine at the time. When I brought her in to her appointment, they denied giving me service when I brought it up again. Same employee. Complete waste of time.

This store is nice and spacious, they have a large selection on everything. Usually major pet stores specialize mainly on dogs and cats, this store has a lot of stuff for rodents and amphibians as well. I got my Robo dwarf hamster from this store, they have only females. We were there around 7 pm, at this time they have a bit less staff members.

They keep the restrooms locked and you have to ask an associate to unlock. I went to the front and they radioed for someone to unlock the restroom. After standing there for a few minutes, an associate walked another person to the restroom. I asked if they could also unlock one for me and she eyed me up and down before finally opening. Didn’t say a word. Just a frustrating experience and all around describes what is becoming of this chain.

Somehow, I am allowed to buy a $70 bag of overpriced mediocre dog food which is sadly the “best available” and still nowhere near the quality of Tomlinson or Pet Supplies Plus……. But I’m NOT ALLOWED to use the bathroom without employee assistance? 10-15 customers in the store, 2 employees (including the cashier) and your customers can’t be trusted with the PIN number for the restroom? This is one of the many reasons why I stopped shopping at corporations like this that have turned into complete disappointments with no concern for the pets they sell or the customers who keep their business open.

The groomers here are great, they are quick and efficient. The only problem is that the websites stated hours for walk-ins and the actual walk-in hours are different, so I've made sure to call ahead to make sure I walk in at the right time with my two dogs.
