I like this PetSmart because the store is clean and organized.
This PetSmart also has a dog training place and the trainer Steve is great.

I took my puppy in for a haircut, and I am beyond disappointed. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting as if they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service. The haircut itself was absolutely terrible—uneven, choppy, and nothing like what I had asked for. My poor puppy looked so sad and uncomfortable afterward, which broke my heart. I expected a caring and skilled experience, but this was the complete opposite. I do not recommend this place at all.

I went to PetSmart (the only pet store I go to even tho there are others closer to my home) in the Arboretum yesterday to buy some fish in an attempt to feel better about my horrible week and it was the new guy Andrew who helped me achieve that goal. He was helpful and kind. He could tell I was having a rough time & assured me that watching my new fish would help & he was not wrong.
Thank you Andrew & PetSmart on 183. I feel better.

Rust is extremely lethal to birds. I’ve had previous issues with buying perches at PetSmart, but this is just extremely dangerous and more proof of bad quality. Never trusting my bird’s health with PetSmart.

I arrive late this morning with a shopping list of things my nieces wanted for their doggie for the holidays. As a professional shopper, I thought I had this in the bag... Yet no. I only have outdoor animals, which I feed mostly leftovers. This place was like a foreign land to me. I spent a few minutes cruising a few aisles not having a clue was to what I was looking at, then, an angel showed up, and her name is Christine! She quickly jumped in when she saw me sinking in there like the Titanic. She saved me! Withing just a few minutes, she introduced me to all the various sections of the store, and painted me in the right direction for most of the items. She's amazing! Thanks so much! And remember, Nothing Sucks.

I encountered a problem with Door Dash taking my order from Petsmart which they had no authorization to do. The manager, Christine, was very helpful in resolving the issues. She was considerate to me even when I was clearly upset. I will be a returining customer to this Petsmart because I know I am a valued custormer. Kudos to Christine!
