Disappointed that no one offered to help me out to my car with a 40lb box of kitty litter.
As a senior citizen,it is hard for me to lift this much weight. It is necessary to buy this size,but assistance would be nice,or at least an offer !

Always a great experience shopping and bringing my dog Buddy to the groomer at PetSmart in Bee Cave! Macy always greets us with a big smile and has treats for Buddy at check out. Debbie and Brandi both do a great job grooming him and I appreciate their attention to detail. Keep up the great work!

Cat and dog sections: Always clean. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. Items are well stocked. My only comment is that once in a while the price sticker or clearance sticker is not present.

Had an unsatisfactory experience with a groomer last week. Usually my dog was groomed very nicely at this location, but this time not so much. It looked like they put a blanket over the dog to do the trim. Legs shaved. Body, back, sides, tail and ears not touched. Was so unexpected I couldn’t even say anything to the groomer at that time. I realize I should have said something at the time but was just flabbergasted that they had done such a poor job I just wanted to get out of there. Did not want them to “try again”.Please be aware all groomers are not created equal.Could not get a good photo of the after.

Pet smart is good for your pets however working their leaves quite a bit to be desired and they have lots of turnover especially with dog groomers

They always have what I need for my pets that I can't get at HEB or Randalls. The prices are reasonable as well
