This week marks my 4th month renting a suite from here. (FadedByNel Barber Studio)
It was a fantastic choice! Phenix does a great job at supplying everything you need that isn’t studio related(clean bathrooms, holiday decorated hallways, holiday music!) I haven’t had an issue with anything. Which helps because all I focus on is my business and the growth.
Waited a bit to drop this review so people can see a person that is currently renting still says this place is well worth the rental suite!!

I’ve rented a suite a suite here for about 5 years. I’ve switched between multiple different suites and never left Phenix south. I started as the construction was finishing and Chris and Claudia’s accommodation was top tier. Through Covid they were incredibly generous and understanding. As a company they offer maternity leave rent free which I feel like is a testament to their accommodation in a primarily woman dominated industry.
The space itself is top tier and the owners take pride in keeping it that way and maintaining upkeep with housekeeping coming multiple times a week to clean common areas. They are quick to respond to texts and calls and have gotten me into my suite after I’ve been locked out countless times lol. And I’ve nevwe had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response to any of my needs.
I hesitate to call this an “affordable” suite space because I think that denotes a lack of quality but not only is it the most affordable option in Austin it is one of the best.

And the studios are well maintained.

Stylist: Do not book with Fabian at Fettifades here. Very unprofessional, kept canceling appointments with no explanation right before the appointment: Horrible customer service.

I’m so lucky to have found Snodene. My hair was so damaged before I started seeing her. My hair is so long and healthy now. I get asked all the time if I have extensions! Snodene is the best! I always look forward to seeing her.

Omg... this was my first time ever doing my eyebrows or anything, and was nervous... but Nancy totally set me at ease and it was my call on the shape, color and all. And we kept at it til we tweaked those brow shapes exactly how I wanted it.I can't say enough about how happy I am with Nancy and her cleanliness and professionalism and licensed.. everything I wanted.
