This review is based only on my 3 minute interaction in their store. I went with my 2 year old that I was fortunately carrying throughout the store.The owner seems to think it’s okay to keep an aggressive cocker spaniel on a leash lurking in the furniture.As we were perusing through, the dog, who was on the floor, comes charging at us, growling and barking. The only thing that stopped him from making contact was the fact he reached the end of his leash. It terrified my toddler who screamed. A high pitched shriek that the owners ignored.We will never be coming back and think it prudent to warn others of the owners desire to place their animal’s comfort over the safety and comfort of their customers.

Made a significant investment in a custom covered sofa. Service after the sale has not met expectations. Sofa arrived with a scuff on the top center cushion and other visible snags. I pointed it out to the delivery guy and he didn't seem too concerned, instead prompting me to sign his paperwork. Arm covered were not reupholstered with the rest of the sofa and the delivery person said "I'll see if he has any more fabric." Please do as I paid for this! Avoid this store and the inevitable disappointment and frustration.

Phillips has an excellent selection of quality furniture. We ordered a bedroom set that arrived with a defective headboard and Anna graciously took it back and ordered a new one for us. Now we have a really lovely room and couldn't be happier with the result.

This store has a large selection, and that's about all it has going for it in my opinion. I can't speak to the design consultation so maybe that takes it up a notch. Prices are high for the quality and the styling is generically traditional/stuffy (think Ethan Allen or Pottery Barn, but not a large chain).

Anna is an amazing designer and has an ability to upgrade your home by adding adding and arranging what you already have with pieces that make your home fabulous! Trust her and you won’t ever be disappointed.

Yesterday I spent about an hour at Phillips Interiors. Ana, owner/interior designer, is absolutely fabulous. She is cutting edge with what is happening in the design world, but also knows how to go with a customer's wishes with gentle guidance. We ended up almost becoming best friends in an hour... She's that type of person. No rush to go help others, no pressure. There are many types of furniture in the store, but Anna chooses unique pieces also...it's fun just to go see what they have!

Phillips went above and beyond to get us our sectional. We found and ordered one from another furniture store. They promised delivery a week prior to Thanksgiving and I confirmed 2 weeks before the set delivery window. One week later they called to say it was delayed 3 months!!!!! I knew Phillips carried the same line so called and asked if they could help me. Kelly got on the phone with the manufacturer, found what we wanted in a warehouse and had the sofa on the road to us within 2 days. They scheduled delivery within 10 days. All I can say is "WOW"
