I’ve been coming to see Dianne at Pink Cherry for a few months now. I was always torn about getting acrylic because I have pretty thin nails but also no patience for lifting, so historically as soon as it starts, I would just pick and pick until I’d pretty much peeled them off and destroyed my sad nails underneath in the process. Not proud of this, just facts. So happy that I haven’t had to even think about that over these last few months, and I only return for fills. While I was moving I had to cancel my appointment and it ended up being over a month and they were still going strong. Can’t say enough kind things about Dianne. She’s not only great at what she does, but super friendly and kind. A true gem! Thank you Dianne! Additional note, I do also peep on my neighbors when I’m there, you know, for color inspiration ;) and there is quite a bit of talent all around, a really good bunch here.

Gina is great she is efficient and gives exactly what you ask for, I’ve been trying different manicurest and she’s the best one here, did my fill and fixed the shape from my previous manicure. Definitely recommend!

Always amazing service! Super quick and nice. I’ve been coming here for about 4 or 5 years now. Their ability to book online makes it so easy, and they’re always willing to work with any design or colors I want! I even started taking my boyfriend here.

this was the best mani pedi combo i’ve had. i believe sarah did my mani, and anna did my pedi. they are so quick, but impeccable. they are so kind and polite. the quality is 10/10 and they are so delicate with how they handle you ! amazing

I went in the other day to get my wedding nails/toes done and let me just say THEY DID AMAZING! Sarah did my nails and she was so sweet and listened perfectly to what I wanted! I am so happy with how they turned out! My nails were perfect! And I had Theresa do my pedicure and she was also so sweet and fun to talk to, and she also did an incredible job! This was my first time here and I WILL 100% be going back again!💖 (I live an hour away but I will be making the drive because it’s worth it!)

I really wanted to like this place. Small, quaint, quiet. Same-day appointment which was nice considering how busy nail salons can be.
I chose the organic pedicure for $55 which includes 15 minutes of hot stone massage. That didn't happen. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes. My bestie came with me and got the same pedicure, and she had a different technician, and I literally watched her enjoy a 20-minute hot stone massage with oil. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for my bestie ... But we both had the same pedicure ... Not sure how I got shorted on massage time. I mean, I can paint my toes at home. The massage is part of what we pay for when we go to a nail salon. The technician that did my pedicure was friendly, but either in a hurry, or didn't want to spend the time.
But my fill with color powder is where it got worse. The tech did not put on a consistent layer of powder, so I had inconsistent coloring across all nails. She didn't fill the sides of my nails, she didn't file down my real nails on the underside, or on the sides where they always need to be cleaned and/or tidied up. It's just a matter of paying attention to detail. When I mentioned it to her, she had to get someone else to help me. The only thing I can think of is that she was new to doing nails. :/ Ultimately, we decided that the best way to fix the problem was to cover my nails with two coats of gel polish - which they then charged me for! So I paid for the tech's mistake. What I would have loved was to have everything taken off and just start over from scratch, but by this time they had closed, it took so long.
I won't be back.
Very, very disappointing.
