We had a great experience first time we bought a house plant with them. Bought another one recently worth 200 bucks and had issues which we had no experience on how to address. Tried calling multiple times to their number mentioned on google page and facebook page and left voicemails to which no response was received even after waiting for 3 days. Online it says that they are open until 6 PM on weekdays, which most likely is incorrect. We tried going to their place first time after 5 PM but before 6 PM and it was closed. Next day we even went before 5 PM and their store was still closed. We checked the store and all the the greenhouses they have. It's a long drive of 35 - 40 minutes from our place. We attempted twice because we wanted to get the issue sorted out quickly but no luck. Bare minimum we expected a response back for multiple calls and voicemails we placed. Hate to give such a low rating to a small business but very disappointed!

Visited Pink Flamingo Plant Co. for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. There’s several food trucks nearby which is really nice. The whole lot has a great vibe and cute colorful decorations, as well as a good amount of sitting areas. I was blown away by their main greenhouse, there’s many varieties of large and small plants available. They also had several types of bromeliads, orchids, air plants, and pitcher plants in excellent health which I don’t see often in Austin greenhouses or nurseries. Highly recommend this shop, whether you’re looking for succulents or tropical plants! The owners were super kind and generous, I’ll definitely be back soon ?

stopped by for some plants i know absolutely nothing about - i am building a bioactive crested gecko tank and the worker was amazing!!! helped me pick out some really beautiful options for the terrarium :) thank you so much again, so extremely helpful and such an big selection!!!

Great experience, both the pot and the plant are from here and I’m super pleased with both. I almost felt guilty purchasing this plant because all the plants are THRIVING in Pink Flamingo’s greenhouse. Very fun place to look around and an awesome local nursery to support!

Chase and Emily are lovely local business owners that really invest in the community, hosting markets for small time artists. They're super friendly and personable and have helped me countless times. I recommend this place especially if you are looking for indoor plants, as that's their specialty, but also stop by to enjoy their greenhouses, they're just lovely to walk around in!

This a great place to go for all your houseplants! I got a few pothos and a terrarium that are all thriving! Also extremely helpful and kind staff! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Wow! This place is amazing!! I’m in no way a master gardener but this place makes me want to be. There are many plants I’ve never seen before and the art in the little pink house puts it in my list for places to buy gifts in the future. And, the Bubba there… ♥️ ♥️?❤️ and the carts are great too.

New favorite place for plants!Very well taken care of and extremely healthy plants!The owner was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to guide me to the right plants for the conditions and features I was looking for! Tons of selections from small to XL pots. I liked that within each variety, there are a mix of sizes and fullness to be able to find the Goldilocks one for you!The area is beautifully eclectic with an added bonus of food trucks and outdoor seating. Great place to bring the family or make a unique outing with friends!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
