I never write reviews but I was completely unerved how I and someone I know (separate days) was treated at this location. I have been a Planet K customer for 5 years, let me first say I DO NOT blame management, and this is my first time visiting this specific location. This store has 2 very rude and un-kind staff members. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD AT A PLANET K! Very unhelpful and I felt as though I was back in Highschool being bullied by the “popular girls”, because of that experience I don’t think I’ll ever be back at this location. I have since emailed Planet K corporate directly regarding this interaction. Usually the staff at these stores are really nice a chill people NOT HERE!!! Buyers/Smokers Beware!!! Ruined my day and probably will yours!!!

Thankfully some parts of South Austin have yet to be gentrified. This place is still the same after many years. Lots of cool things and bumper stickers.

Love that this location has P.O. Boxes available for you to rent out. They have free old time video games you can enjoy. The art sculptures outside are amazing. Love this space, love the cat that live where too.

Sold me a defective water pipe and then refused to let me return or exchange it even though it was unused. They said “the best we could do is offer 15% off another one.” So I can buy another broken piece I’m sure. Planet K used to have good service but not anymore.

All the other planet K’a are great, but this one sucks. Don’t let a super pale girl with bleach blond ish hair help you. She is rude and will ruin your day.

I spend $80 a day at planet K. This one is the worst, and has lost my business forever. They will not bend the rules and do what other planet K’s do. Never come to this one, they’re terrible.

Chelle was so sweet and amazing! Everybody should come to this shop. They have a plethora of glass, juice and vapes. And Chelle was the cutest girl ever!! Come visit this shop ASAP

I love Planet K! I’ve been shopping at the different locations for over 25 years and they never cease to amaze me with the different accessories they have available for your smoking pleasure — whether it be from posters, pipes, incense, games they have a wide variety to meet everyone’s needs. Sometimes I go just to wander around and see what new items might be calling my name. Thanks Planet K!!
