The community and Shoal Creek neighborhood are grateful this spot exists. Being one of the very few brick and mortar businesses with a sustainability/community focused goal that began in the 80's!!! and is still around, they aim at keeping sports affordable and accessible to us. They do a great job at taking your gear off your hands at a fair price when you no longer need it, your kids up a size/change sports, you want to try something new, or really may just need a few extra dollars to help out, they get it. The staff here are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help on the search for what you are looking for. Thanks Play it Again we appreciate you!

Be careful what you order online their system is outdated. Purchased an item and was cancelled. Called them and told me the item was sold in the spring. The store blamed it on corp and computer upgrades. I’m not going to waste my time ordering from them!!!!

Super helpful and professional. They helped my son get sized for the appropriate football gear he needed and were honest with what they did and didn't have in the size my son needed.
I appreciate them taking the time to check out their gear on my kid instead of just shoving equipment our way.

I believe this is the second comment I've ever made on here. Well deserved.
Traded in a few items. Watched the football game and shot the shit with the two guys working while they figured out the estimate. In and out in 10 minutes with a fair deal. No BS. They made it easy.
100% recommending/returning in the future. Cheers.

I ordered a set of golf clubs from Play It Again Austin TX. There were supposed to be 7 clubs. The description said it came with every club from PW-4i essentially that it was a full set. I had been trying to find a full set of these irons for over a year and to my surprise when I received my clubs I opened the box and I was missing the 7i which is probably the most crucial club in a set. I then contacted Play It Again Austin TX to convey the details of my situation and their response was extremely rude. They said it was my responsibility to count the clubs in the tiny picture they posted of the full set and that I should've never relyed on their written description when purchasing my clubs. I obviously thought that response was a joke and felt I should be refunded the amount of the missing club. Keep in mind I've been looking for these clubs for over a year they were the same clubs I learned to play golf with as a kid. So I ended up tracking down a 7 iron which cost me almost as much as the set with the missing 7i and Play It Agains response was still we will not refund you for our mistake. They then suggested I wait for a label to come in the mail pack the clubs back up and ship then back and wait weeks for a refund. I strongly feel this was their mistake and this is not how you do business. If you as a business make a mistake you rectify that mistake and try your best to not let it happen again. The crazy part is that the refund I'm asking for is less than $15 just on principle. It clearly won't make or break either of us it's simply the right thing to do. I'm sure this review will cost then minimum $15 in business

Went to this location looking to sell or trade a set of left handed golf irons (Wilson Ultras) but was immediately turned away due to the brand. I reiterated they are lefty clubs which I know are in demand. I’ve literally been in the store and heard people calling in asking about left handed clubs. This is what prompted me to bring my set in. Shortly after being turned away without an offer, a couple overheard the conversation and offered to buy them directly since they were in there looking for left handed clubs! The couple Venmoed me right there on the spot and we all left.

Whatever your sports needs these guys have you covered. They have everything from football helmets and pads, to baseball bats and gloves, even helmets. Tons of disc golf stuff, and golf clubs is all sorts of sizes and wedges. Plenty of parking in this location right off Anderson ln. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A lot of the stuff is really high quality, just gently used, broken in really. If you need sports equipment start here before going to a big box store you'll be surprised how much great stuff you can find here.
