Been taking my dog Marley for awhile now and he loves it! He is a pretty anxious dog and is hesitant around others but he is excited to go see his groomers. They are very communicative and patient. Thank you Plush Pad for trusting and taking great care of Marley! My only con is it can be pretty expensive but for my Marley it is worth it! 💕❤️

Great people, great results! I’ve taken in my cats and pups and they always leave looking and smelling great! Easy drop off and pickup process. They are an experienced team and care so much about their furry clients.

Plush Pad always makes my dogs look so nice. The staff is caring and obviously loves animals. My family has been taking our pets to Plush Pad for over 30 years!

Been using Plush Pad for 7+ years now. The staff is friendly and professional. The drop off and pick up process is very convenient. Grooming costs are on par with most other shops. Our dog enjoys the process and personnel.

Sandra & Plush Pad staff have taken care of my cavalier since he was 12 wks. Old. He is 2 now & gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! How lucky Austin is to have them, their expertise & even more the love pets get from them! 🐾🐾

This groomer was a lifesaver. I had always taken my pup to Petsmart, but when I took her for her appt they shaved down the center of her back and then told me they were uncomfortable to finish the job because of her age. I called Plush Pad an hour before their closing time and they took mercy on me and took care of her. They were so gentle and kind. This turned out to be her last grooming, as we had to say goodbye a month later. So thankful for this groomer and their love for animals. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, caring people. My cotons always come back looking adorable and happy. Nice place, easy access--park at front door. They always call promptly. Reserve by email helps me with my schedule as it is.

Took my fluffy cat to get groomed and they did an amazing job!!! You are able to drop off pet in morning before work and pick up after. Super affordable and they give flea treatment if needed(which I did not mind at all because I was going to have to buy the treatment anyways). I definitely recommend, also the owner and worker were really sweet and made me feel comfortable! Cat or dog also gets complimentary toy after service is done!

Plush Pad is AMAZING! I have been to them for a couple years now with my Six yorkies. The staff is very friendly, communicative and accommodating. I have a busy schedule and pretty much always call last minute to have my pups scheduled and they have always been able to squeeze all of them in on the same day (makes its so much easier for me and the pups).
My boys stress very easily and hate being left anywhere but I can tell they are treated great here because each of them are always so excited to be there. Definitely recommend Plush Pad to everyone!

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Plush Pad. They've groomed both of my boys for many years. however, very recently my Schnoodle got into Japanese Boxwoods and had a terrible reaction. he had sores and scabs all over his body. After several vet trips, we got the progression stopped and his long curly coat was a mess. Plush Pad took him, worked on him and gently got him detangled and nice and clean. My sincere thanks to them ! Hhg
