Buyers beware! They weigh and reseal. Bought a few products from them and they were ironed. Some packs even had the wrong number of cards haha.

Stopped by to check out the plushies, no one was in the store it was just me and a friend. When I asked for a price check on an item, I received attitude for asking for help. The guy working was a large white male with glasses- he was very rude and made it seem like I was bothering him when he was just sitting around on his phone. Did not make a purchase due to his poor behavior.

Great inventory, fair prices. This store is almost 2 hours away, but well worth the drive for me. I'm excited to see the other location one day!

The price of pokemon cards was a bit high but worth it the employees however aren't all that friendly but I hope that improves I still plan to keep on going back

I read reviews and against my better judgement I went anyway. Almost everything was severely overpriced. Japanese booster boxes that are currently retailing for 65-75 were listed at $170, individual cards currently priced at $5 were listed for $12-$15 and don't get me started on the booster pack prices. Then came the staff. I stood at a card counter for 10 minutes waiting for the guy to stop playing with his fingerboard at the register. Other customers asked for help and he grabbed the lock keys and walked away before the guy even asked for what he wanted. Comes back, I'm still there staring at him waiting for some kind of acknowledgment but nope. More finger boarding. I finally get his attention and ask for a card that is actually correctly priced and he begrudgingly hands it to me. This store is straight up taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I watched parent after parent pay 200%+ of an item's worth. Not cool.

Prices are quite high compared to other brick and mortar stores - but selection is fantastic. Didn’t buy much, but had a great time looking around.

A nice store in Austin,texas for some rare vintage Pokémon cards and plush toys and it's a pretty big store to look at all kinds of Pokémon cards from original to current cards

I made the drive to this location from San Antonio to find a Snom for my son. walking in you are in awe with the amazing collection of Pokémon! Thank God the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Definity will be coming back!

Prices are high but they have a ton of stuff. Definitely worth checking out just keep in mind that youre paying premium.

Great selection but completely overpriced items. Items selling well over market value. Shop online or find another shop. Worst offender was the vstar universe box that normally goes for $95-$120 was price at $179 here! Grossly marked up and preys on unsuspecting customers.

you are better off driving to Lakeline if you want to shop with these people. WAY BETTER staff than these people who sit on their phones talking about how “down bad” they are about doing everything but helping the customer. I get being on your phone at work but this place takes it to a whole new level, not to mention having friends at work, which is cool and all but even just greeting the customer doesn't seem to be on the radar here.
