I was met with a greeting and friendly service and lore about the store! They have a little bit of everything! Gamer snacks here are so cheap! Coke cans for a dollar! Amazing customer service!

It's like Target had a kid. The store is so organized, clean and smells so nice. Hard work is put in and you can tell. Every time I've gone in, the employees are friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

The employees mess up the experience.
The store itself is a cute concept. The older Hispanic lady working there was rude and aggressive. I asked her not to speak to us like that and she was dismissive. I didn't appreciate spending there and on the way out being talked to crazy.
Apparently this is a problem with this store.

I’ve been to this location before several times and loved every visit until today. As soon as I walked in with my two kids, a older black lady employee approaches me and tells me my children have to be with me at all times because they’ve had a lot of children getting hurt in their store. Excuse me, what? I’ve NEVER been told that upon entering a business. She acted as if we entered causing a raucous and I set them loose in the store. She made the entire visit uncomfortable from the getgo. I couldn’t wait to leave. As nice as the store is, I will take business elsewhere because of her.

The Mgr. treated us like we were going to steal things from the store. She literally ran wherever we were like she was in a marathon. Than she called security on us than we were in line to pay when we were finished cashing out she ask me what about the item I was going to pay for. Told her it was payed for and to look at her register she didn't say anything than. She said as we were leaving to come back and see us. Told her we weren't coming back she literally told us not to come back. We walked outside and the security followed us outside and we were across the street he was still standing there. The level of disrespect and discrimination and embarrassment to receive.

The young ladies at the store were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained store overall. Smelled great when we walked in too!

Terrible and rude experience from the older Black woman today (5/1: ~2:30pm), she was talking down to me in a rude tone of voice when I needed help to claim my rewards box.She told me that I needed to buy something to claim my rewards box, while the email didn't indicate a purchase was necessary.When I was checking out with box of lighters as my purchase item, she demanded that I gave her my ID, there is no law that has age restriction for lighter purchases.Finally, when it came to picking out a rewards box, she rushed me to make my decision.Overall a terrible and extremely inconsiderate experience from this employee. Please let go of her and find someone new with better customer experience, the employees I've countered in 2023 were much better

Nice store but this lady Nora is a mess everytime I go in there if she don't follow she tells someone to follow around the store like I'm stealing or something I guess she thinks everytime I come in its for penny items today I was shopping for a gathering she had a new lady come follow me then as me if I need help Nora heard me drop something and if something broke and need to be cleaned up the sad thing it wasn't me bumped anything the person who was 2 isles over from me at this point I feel harassed this is a damn shame over a penny and I bought regular price items and it shouldn't matter what I buy it's my money sad part I've call corporate and no reply I guess I keep giving reviews someone will get it right or when I file harassment charges

I am relieved to hear that I am not the only one who had a bad experience with an older woman at this store. My unpleasant experience occurred while checking out at a self-service kiosk. The older woman, who was not working at the register asked me if I had found everything I needed, to which I politely responded yes, thank you. However, when she asked me the same question for a second time, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. I initially thought that her age might be causing her to be senile, but then she asked me if I was done with my transaction as if I was going to steal something. I felt extremely uncomfortable after that encounter. I believe that this particular customer service representative needs to work on her communication skills and learn how to adopt a more professional tone while interacting with customers.

The older woman at this store is very rude and has a nasty attitude. Her attitude is affecting and made my pop shelf experience horrible. This woman is the manager at the store and she needs to work on her social skills to make it a comfortable store to shop at.
