Where to start?.. ah:
-Does not submit taxes to the IRS on time.
- You could be jailed or fined by the IRS.
- Dishonest.
- Sketchy.
- Has gotten corporations fined by not submitting their taxes timely.
- Refuse to take responsibility by not acknowledging receiving documents through email.
Eddie & company are dangerous people who can get your company or personal taxes in an ugly situation with the IRS.
Please DO NOT GO TO this sketchy place unless you are eager to get an audit.
What “Eddie” or his sketchy staff will do is not to acknowledge receiving your information and when you call they will put you in hold forever expecting you to quit calling. Or he will say he submitted them, when he didn’t. If you go back to him about it, he will say he did not receive the documents, no matter how many times you sent them.
This person should not be licensed to do taxes. He is dishonest.
Could even get you in jail.

Went in for a very simple tax return and pretty much had to follow up every single step of the way to get it done. It a low cost, standard deduction situation, so perhaps because I wasn't a high value client ($$), so I certainly wasn't treated like one. It was my first time using a Tax Service in 6 years, and I won't be using this one again.

The worst place where they recommended me to do my business taxes, every three years they did my taxes because they never had time, and the worst of all is that they charge you in advance for the services, and to top it off with how bad they are at doing taxes is Apart from being late, they don't do them correctly, for 5 years they did my business taxes without using the name of the business, they did them as personal and now I have a big problem with the IRS and they don't even deign to answer, they always say that they are going to call back and they never do
If you have a problem with them, contact me and we make our voices heard to report them to the IRS.
I'm already on it, I'm not going to lose money because of you

If you want to have problems with the IRS, don't let them do your taxes and don't answer the phone or answer you saying that they are going to call you back, this is your place so that they do you wrong or don't do your taxes, but yes they charge

Eddie and the staff were amazing! We had gotten behind on filing our taxes due to life/medical issues, so we needed someone experienced who knew what they were doing and could give us the best advice. Eddie had our taxes filed in a matter of a few days. Thankfully, with the decisions we made along with Eddie's expertise, we came out ahead instead of behind. Thank you all so much!
