Genuinely disappointed throughout the whole process of service and product. Communication was poor, and our product wasn’t delivered on time. We were only aware of the delay after reaching out for the status. Once our order was received about a month later, the quality of the item was very poor with visible defects in many. After expressing our disappointment and providing photos of the keychain, it was communicated that nothing further can be done with this order. We requested for some customer feedback surveys or ways to report or express our experiences and findings but have received no response back after more than a week. Would like to speak to the owner/manager if provided the opportunity.

Stephani Rawlings was fantastic. I made one call to the 800 number and she took it from there. She followed up on each step from the concept to the art work to the proofs and the order quickly, easily and professionally. She made the whole planning, ordering and payment process easy. Shady review practices. I rated an item I received 2 stars because the quality wasn't that great and my posted review magically became 4-stars because I said the service was good on a separate question. Buyer beware that the ratings on the products are VERY skewed.
