Our direct mail pieces turned out beautifully and are in the customers' hands on time. My 5 stars came mostly from their customer service. Trying to navigate mailing requirements, permits, and the variety of paper spec options can be frustrating but the team at PrintMailPro (I work with Rhonda) are more than helpful. She always answers the phone and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure things turn out correct.

I tried to have some business cards printed here and not only did they take forever to come, the colors were off and the stack was cut off center. No thanks. I can buy quality cards online for nothing.

With a background in commercial printing, I had high expectations of Print Mail Pro. I was referred to them by an old employee who had incredible things to say about his time there. Spenser Boller has gone above and beyond as my account manager. He is responsive, positive and super diligent when providing quotes. Print Mail Pro is conveniently located near the USPS BMEU. However, as a mail house, they make several post office drops throughout the day FOR YOU!! This has saved me time, money and (frankly) my sanity. Not only have they exceeded my printing and mailing expectations, but Spenser is a huge referral for my own company! Quality is non-existent. I've placed several different types of orders and there were several issues each time: colors were off, paper was dirty, and the cutting was sloppy. The prices are cheap, but you can get better quality at Kinko's.
