The movers showed up an hour late. They had no packing tape, no tools, refused to disassemble anything because they said it was “against company policy.” They would not help with my TV which is one of the biggest items I needed moved, and they left a bunch of stuff I asked them to take multiple times. I saw no furniture pads for transport. It took forever because they were using a lift, and seemed to overthink everything. This should have been an easy quick move that turned into a nightmare. It took twice as long as it should have. To top it off, I didn’t have enough money to tip because it went so far over budget. I said I’d tip on Monday after I had a chance to transfer money (it was Friday.) Shelly, the owner I guess, actually had the nerve to send me a bunch of guilt tripping texts on Saturday asking for the tip, while I was busy moving the rest of the stuff the movers had left. Before the move, she also texted me a bunch of weird questions about the personal details of why I was moving which almost made me cancel. When I went to move my stuff out of my storage unit, I found a ton of irreparable damage to my furniture that had obviously happened in transport. The whole thing was a horrible experience.

I called them for a very small move last minute (literally moving ONE item from a second story, to a garage 2 minutes away). I spoke with Shelley and she told me she would fit me in between moves for the next day. I was very grateful. Shelley let me know someone would be there between 1pm-3pm and I would receive a call when their movers were 1/2 hour out. They never showed. They never called. When I called them to check on their ETA, they did not answer and their voicemail was full. I would have understood if something happened and they weren't able to do the job - IF they called. Instead, I wasted time waiting for them to arrive when I could have been searching for someone else to help me. Extremely unprofessional.

Highly efficient moving company. Very thankful for them when I needed to move quickly. Price was great! The owner is very upfront and was referred to them! Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this company to anybody that needs to move. Long distances or short distances-they are top notch. From the moment they walk into your home to pack and load until the last piece is unloaded and unpacked, they are professional, courteous, and helpful. No job is too big or too small. I used Pro Movers Plus to move from one house to another. I opted for the full packing service together with the move. I have to say the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. Can't fault them in any manner. They came one day early to pack up most of the house. On the day of the move, they started at early in the morning and didn't leave til the job was completed!! A very long day and still finished with a smile.
