Called tons of shops when our apt’s swing gate shut on my car and dented/scratched the door. This is the only shop that 1) answered the phone 2) could provide a quote and work time estimate quickly 3) coordinate with our leasing office for payment outside of insurance 4) allow me to drop off the car only when they could begin working and no earlier, so the time I did not have access to the car was minimal. Super transparent, flexible, kind, and did great work. Would call again!

Had an amazing experience here!
I dropped my car off around 9:30am and was back on the road by 2pm. Miguel was very communicative and and the fix was reasonably priced. I'll definitely be coming back here for future car stuff.

I fixed my AC (I had to replace my actuator), replaced my cabin filter, added freon, and fixed a Freon leak! All in a day! Super kind, sweet, and understanding! Updated me frequently on discovered issues and what a new quote would be if I confirmed repairs. I will come here for all my repairs.

I Brought in a 20 year old BMW that should have been taken to the junkyard after a accident left the drivers side significantly damaged. These guys honestly worked miracles. Sourced old parts, had creative cost saving solutions and great attention to detail all for a very fair price.

Took my car to 4 other shops in the area & no one could diagnose/fix the problem. Called Professional Automotive and they assured me they could help me. Not only did they find and fix the problem (electical/wiring issues affecting my blinkers) but they also replaced corroded parts and screws that were missing and did additional work all free of charge AND they had my car back to me in 2 days just as promised. They are really kind, trustworthy and will get your car back to you fast. 10/10 recommend
