Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Forget the that equipment was terrible, there was no support. People here are super rude. They have your money so they think they're good to go. I'm not sure they understand how things work. We dumped them super quick after realizing what an absolutely awful company this is.
Please folks, there are tons of great plotter printer places that you can use - for the life of me I do not understand why anyone would use this place. If I can just get one person to not use them, than I feel like I've made the world a little better.

Want to send a big thanks to Geno Muto and Professional Plotter Technology Corp for assisting my wife and I with the new purchase of a large format photo printer. I originally submitted an online request to receive quotes from various vendors and had several reach out as expected. Geno caught my attention because he didn’t just try to give me the basics and sell me $5K printer claiming his vendor or brand was the best or leave out important information that could make a huge difference in the overall expectations of the machine. We stayed in contact for about a week and discussed every detail and question I had before I made finally made my decision. For my wife and I with the current intended use we decided on the Canon Imageprograf PRO-2100. Placed the order with Geno and after receiving it and getting it set the machine I extremely happy with my decision and the machine is more then what I expected. Large format printers are a large investment and taking the time to go over all specs and questions and intended use is very important. If you are in the market give Geno a call and discuss performance and expectations you need and I know you will end up with the right product. Thanks again to Geno and the team at Professional Plotter. We will be in touch soon for the TM-305 model I need.

Do not place an order with this company. I placed an order for 1 item. They took my money and then the next day. They raised the price on me and demanded that I pay more now and said the price went up because of covid within 1 day of purchasing this. Please I am not d**** What a scam company Go elsewhere!

Gino, our salesman, set up a perfect kit for our non-profit. We wanted to be able to print dye sublimation merchandise for tabling at events and silent charity auctions. Not only was Gino super professional but when we made our appointment he took the time to show us samples, compare printer models, and clearly point of the pros and cons of our potential purchasing decisions. He made sure to let us know there was a brand rebate available and went through the online forms and printed the mail-in sheet for us so we wouldn't have to struggle with figuring it out later. Due to some supply chain issues, we weren't sure we would be able to get a certain brand of dye sublimation paper right away. Gino went to his company's stash and gave us a pile of sheets to get us started, which was beyond wonderful.

I just received my Canon ImageProGraf PRO-2100 on Wednesday, which I ordered from Professional Plotter Technologies just last Friday! The communications, price and shipping have been exceptional. I was looking all over TEXAS for an EPSON F570. Not a single one could be found. I contacted everyone. Around 8pm they emailed me saying the had four in stock. They held one for me and i drove to Austin from Houston to get it. Before i left Houston i called to confirm. Cell service was horrible. They still waited for me to arrive. The name says it all. They were VERY professional every step of the way. I will most definitely be purchasing from Professional Plotter for my printing supplies

Awesome Service. I was desperate for a printer. I had customers waiting on their prints when my wide format printer took its last breath. I called several places, included the place I've been using for supplies for years. None of them could help me get a printer as fast as I needed it. Geno got me the printer, at a better price than anybody gave me, and it was delivered in 3 days.

I bought a brand new Canon IPF780 in April 2018, and there has been absolutely no issues so far with the plotter. Also, the reps that I have dealt with are very professional, courteous and well experienced. The after sales service is excellent.

DTW Art and Framing has been doing business with Jason, Geno, and the gang at Plotter Pro for at least 9 years. Bought 2 Canon IPF printers, many cartridges of ink, paper, canvas, and had repair work done by this wonderful business. Products have been exceptional, the service and minor repair work needed have all been outstanding. If you need a company that has great printers, great inks, great print media, and great service these are the people you need to talk to.
