Very polite, considerate, organized and clean. They called the day before and told me to arrive at 7:15 for a 8:00 test. It turned out everybody actually started the test a little before 8am. They have storage and bathroom at check-ins. They explain their rules/requirement very clearly. The testing space is clean and personal. I am very happy with it.

I took the LSAT twice at this testing center. Both times went extremely smoothly. The employees were very friendly and helpful, definitely helped contribute to easing any stress I had. All in all made my testing experience as ideal as I could hope for.

Power outage, caused me to lose my work! I had 30 minutes of time and I had finished my test and was reviewing my answers only to lose power. We were asked to wait out, 20 min in ushered in and told very sorry, you need to re-schedule and just like that my 6 months of waiting to write this exam. 2023 and in Austin, TX they lost power. :( The staff were professional, if that helps. I am afraid to reschedule now. What if this happens again?

Great experience here. Very systematic about screening and letting you know what you need to do during breaks so it goes quickly and smoothly. My only complaint was the testing room was FREEZING but I would rather be too cold than too hot.

Supposed to have a test. Showed up early to get checked in. 20 minutes past when it says they open. The door is still locked in. The lights are still off. No info on the website to help out either

I called to ask about testing rules (what kind of materials are allowed) and the man on the phone said brining my electronic book should be fine. So i left my paper copy at home. However when I arrived to the location, the same man told me I wasn't able to bring in electronics. He seemed to be a manager too, a middle age fat man. I'm really not sure why the manager doesn't know his own testing rules, but it cost me an expensive exam. Will be my last time coming to this location

I wish i could give zero stars, i came i called 3 to 4 times no one answered and there office was close during working time on google map it shows. Open but no one doesn’t work
