DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to do a company call and they ended up charging us $24K for 10 hours of work. They lied about our AMEX declining to go through when they never ran it, held our tractor and trailer hostage for 4 days and forced us to pay cash before they would release it. Scammy business practices and the owner Thomas is extremely unprofessional and rude. We blacklisted from using them in Texas. There's a reason they are under 2 star rating in Google and Yelp. Stay away.

They towed me, I call for the address, they don't answer when they answer, they tell me, can you come to the office, here it is, it arrives in 30 minutes. No one, the office is closed, the office is closed, it marks the next day and it tells me, I'm looking to see what other cars I'm grabbing. I'm waiting for 45 minutes, a dump. in the office and Mr.. very shameless saying money đ° easy.

Horrible. Charged me $1500 and lost my radiator cap that I just purchased. Horrible at communicating and they kept my truck for an entire week. Never again

Absolutely egregious company. I called to find out if my car had been towed and was told that I would have to call back in an hour because he was on his lunch. I simply wanted to know the address of the company and how much it would be. He hung up on me. I then googled the company and called a different number and the guy said that I had just called (I didnât because it was a different number) and that he would text me the address. I tried to explain that I did not just call and I tried to give my number so he could text me. He hung up on me before I could do that.
When I arrived he was helping another group of girls who was also trying to get her car back. He was extremely disrespectful to all of us. He commented âwow, so many of them, and none of them saw the (towing) signs. They must be blind batsâ.
My experience here is something I will never forget because of how atrocious the service was. It is absolutely disgusting that this man was so disrespectful. I wish I could give them 0 stars because this place does NOT deserve a 1 star.

I want to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by Pronto Wrecker Service, concerning the repair of my vehicle, recently. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been marred by multiple instances of misconduct, which I believe constitute a violation of my rights as a consumer.Firstly, I had already procured the necessary parts for the repair of my vehicle and obtained a quote from an alternative source prior to engaging Pronto Wrecker Service. Despite this, I was shocked to discover that the company attempted to overcharge me for the parts, disregarding the pre-existing arrangements I had made. This blatant attempt to exploit the situation for financial gain is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to fair and transparent pricing practices.Furthermore, I was deeply troubled to find that my vehicle was dismantled by your staff without my explicit consent or authorization. As a truck driver, my vehicle is not only essential for my personal transportation but also integral to my livelihood. Despite my explicit instructions to await approval from my company before commencing any work, your employees proceeded to disassemble my truck, leaving me stranded without transportation and exacerbating an already stressful situation. Moreover, the threat made by your staff to involve law enforcement without just cause is deeply concerning and borders on coercion. It is unacceptable for Pronto Wrecker Service to resort to intimidation tactics in order to pressure clients into acquiescing to unauthorized services or charges.Lastly, the attempted imposition of storage fees by your company without my consent further compounds the issue and demonstrates a lack of respect for customer rights and satisfaction.

I was quoted that the tow would be 600 when he arrived. when we got the the the shop he said it would be $1600. Honestly what started off a great experience became a stressful nightmare, I called in about my box truck needing it towed explained that the serpentine belt snapped so it couldn't move and the keys was not with the truck made all this very clear and was told it be $650 was like great. The driver calls me and states he'll be the one picking up my truck and it'll be about 2 hours after that I never got a call or anything the home owner of where the truck was broken town at called to tell somebody was there which I had to call in to make sure it was them which was to verify it was and told it was (It would've been nice to get a call they was on there way or there but found out from the home owner) then 3 hours later waiting to hear something back nothing then maybe an hour later I get a call saying the driver been trying to reach me take in mind I have no missed calls so I called back to see whats going on to find out the driver is upset, frustrated talking to very ugly and unprofessional stating why didn't I leave the key I stated all this was told before hand then stated im making his job harder and its bs he just get home he's tired dealing with my truck just blaming me saying im suppose to leave the key! If you couldn't do the job without the key why did you take on the job or why didn't you call once there asking for the key not 3 hours later, then without my permission guess he pop my door open just so he can tow it and wants to charge me like additional $200 which all isn't my fault I inform all this before hand and to open my truck without permission and bill me for it then threaten me if I don't pay he'll tow it to his wrecker yard so im force to pay all this didn't tell me he was on his way or there, then send mw photo or show proof he drop off the truck at the location, billed me for more money without permission, I haven't had a chance to see if he damaged my truck which I will find out in next two days when I can go to the location he drop it off at keep in mind all this and to find out he's the owner thomas of the company!!! If this is how you run a business you shouldn't be in business I run my own business and the way you handle this and represented your company was in a horrible way to get business I hope you lose business and this reaches out. So everybody aware of how you run your business because you employ I spoke with was amazing I can see that only way you still have customers. You sir are a theft, billing me money without my permission.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Way over priced they know they have you between a rock and a hard place. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. Super shady company out of Austin, Tx when called out on it he becomes irate!!!I enclosed copies of invoice so you can see how bad of highway robbery they are doing! Charged 2 service calls for same run!! Just know what you will get yourself into if you use this company!!
