Worst choice we made in our kitchen renovation project! The design and purchase of the cabinets went very smoothly. Unfortunately, that was the last thing that went smoothly. The delivery of the cabinets damaged our newly installed flooring. When our contractor started to install the cabinets, we discovered many issues with the quality of the manufacture. We immediately contacted our ProSource rep, Pamela (August 2022). She let us know that she would have her manager, Rob get in contact with us. Eventually, Rob and Pamela came out and looked at the cabinets, agreeing with most of our concerns. They let us know they would contact the manufacturer, Waypoint. It was another month before the manufacturer's rep came out, again agreeing with most of our concerns. Replacement cabinets were delivered the first week of November, nearly three months after we identified the problem. Meanwhile, we were without a working kitchen for nearly two months longer than scheduled. The replacement cabinets were only marginally better than the original cabinets, but we felt compelled to proceed with the installation. We provided ProSource with documentation of additional costs incurred because of the poor quality and delays. They requested further documentation, which we provided. They requested further documentation. We are done. If not for the front-end help by Pamela, this review would have been 1 star.

Jonathan at ProSource is a treasure! He is fun to work with and has positive, calm energy. He has a great eye and sees texture and color in ways I wouldn't have thought about. He also doesn't push any of his ideas onto the customer; the second I said no to something, he would say "sounds good" and whisked it off the table to move on to other options. No explanation needed! It made me feel really comfortable being honest with him. Jonathan helped us stay in budget and even did some competitive pricing for things like our vanity with quartz countertop. I am so pleased!

Visited ProSource a few months back--had an appt with John McFarland. Within minutes of me arriving he made a misogynistic comment to me. I mentioned it was my first time looking at flooring and was still deciding what colors/types I was interested in so I said I may contradict myself. His response was, "Well, you are a woman aren't you?"Seriously? I've never been spoken to like this...let alone by someone who was trying to sell me something. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Definitely a 5 star experience. I worked primarily with Rosamund Fahey and she has been wonderful. She pays great attention to detail, listened very carefully to what I and my husband wanted, and, with her help, we are well on the way to attaining my dream kitchen. She understood the budgetary restraints we were needed to stay with. The product choices at ProSource are of a very high quality. Rosamund understood our aesthetic and showed us a range of products that were in line with it. She also found us a contractor we are extremely happy with. John, who advises on tiles, is also terrific. All in all, I STRONGLY recommend ProSource. Ask for Rosamund and John.

Nice people and good selection, but no Covid safety. We called and verified that masks were enforced before we drove 45 minutes to meet with a designer. We got there and saw a staff meeting of some sort with the presenter's mask pulled down. It was in a back room so we asked that the door be shut and it was. But when the meeting broke up, numerous staff were wandering around the store or working at counters (in customer areas) without masks. This is during stage 5 restrictions and 750 new cases yesterday. When I tried to leave the door was locked and I had to wait next to two maskless employees to get out. If you take Covid seriously avoid this place.
