Just went in to pay the last payment and close my line of credit and asked if I could transfer another loan onto it. They made me wait 10 minutes... to say no... you have to re-apply. I have good credit so I’m perplexed. No explanation either. I guess they don’t want my business. I was going to open a ckg & savings acct there... guess not. Very poor customer service.

Carol Brady rules! She's a super awesome person, and it always makes my day when she's there when I come into the bank. Genuinely nice people like her are what the world could use more of.
