Legit every piece of hardware broke down within 6 months before we even finished the contract. Said it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. Years on the phone, 0 help, just go get the hardware from Costco and install it yourself and save yourself the money and annoyance

Wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the WORST, most incompetent business I have ever worked with. Find another provider while it's not too late.

Very unhappy with service with ADT. First I was given wrong information about services. Cancelled after a week and paid the buy out fee and kept getting billed monthly for service I had cancelled. Transferred over and over to different departments and no help. I would not recommend this Security company.
