Not even a customer yet. Dealing with ADT has been miserable. I wanted a quote and provided my contact info. They have preceded to call me more than 15 times in the last couple days. Same generic AI voice from different phone numbers. Please stop calling me. I will never be a customer!

Equipment broke within 18 months, they said they can’t replace it since it’s past 12 months. They never offered us a “quality service plan” which allegedly warranties the equipment, thanks for nothing you criminally scammy garbage company
