One star for financial advisor Christine Holland. We had been communicating via E-message through the online app. I sent an inquiry over the weekend and was aware I wouldn't receive a response until business hours. After sending the original message, I sent two photos for proof of payment. This irritated Christine as she responded very unprofessionally "so there is no reason to send three messages regarding the same issue over the weekend". This is very poor customer service and unprofessional to speak to customers this way.

Just got a car loan through PECU and already frustrated because every time I call the offices are closed. How can one do business with a credit Union that is always closed?

I called PECU today about multiple issues regarding fraud, change of address, opening a new account and a new debit card. I was freading this call as I normally can't stand being on the phone. Lauren answered and was such a treat! She was patient, knowledgeable and walked me through all of the processes like I was 5 (which I asked for.) I feel so accomplished today thanks to you Lauren!

This is Angela Hoyer I wish to leave a review for the personnel at the 290W Drive Thru. It is Christina Vallejo, the manager who I know because at one of the annual mtg. she heard my name drawn for a prize and when I walked back to my table Christina stopped me and we chatted. The service at PECU is exceptional and I am always called by name by each person at the 290W location. Your service I consider 5-STAR, Thanks for the opportunity to praise Christina and all of you, Angela Hoyert

The PECU branch at Oak Hill has always been attentive to my banking needs and I am very appreciative. Everyone there, including the branch manager, Christina, seems to be eager to help me get my business done efficiently and timely. I even have a funny story about losing my withdrawal and how I was treated so kindly, even when I was in the wrong.

There is a lady there by the name of Brittany who is extremely rude. She was very grouchy towards me. She condescending.I reported her to the bank President and he was just as rude. I will be the first to admit I don't like to hear about people screaming about racism but that is the only conclusion I could come to unless the two have something more going on. No visita este local son racistas y se trata mal a la gente.

The staff at the Oak Hill branch are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. They tend to go out of their way to help and always have a solution to any problem I may have. The people who work for the bank that I speak to on the phone about my account are very kind and helpful as well. Although I've never met these people I feel like I know them personally. Great service and great people. Always willing to help especially Christina at Oak Hill. Its nice to know this day in age there are still people that REALLY care.
