One star for financial advisor Christine Holland. We had been communicating via E-message through the online app. I sent an inquiry over the weekend and was aware I wouldn't receive a response until business hours. After sending the original message, I sent two photos for proof of payment. This irritated Christine as she responded very unprofessionally "so there is no reason to send three messages regarding the same issue over the weekend". This is very poor customer service and unprofessional to speak to customers this way.

On July 22nd, 2023 I applied for a home equity loan with public employee credit union online in ******, **. I received an email, not a phone call from ************** a few days later saying I did not qualify for the loan for lack of income When I questioned what income she calculated, she gave me a figure that was incorrect. **** tried to deny me on two other occasions once in 2008 **** denied me for a personal loan, which I did not press the issue even though they were being discriminatory and unsuccessfully once again in 2016.In 2016 I applied for a car loan with public employee credit union, I was approved and hours later called and told I was denied, the loan officer said, \

Lauren is very courteous and extremely helpful. She knows how to do her job at a very high level. She flawlessly walked me though multiple processes with a new account and bill pay. What a great place with great people!

PECU has many wonderful and helpful employees. Diana Miller is no exception. She is always friendly, helpful and can make you laugh on a bad day. Even if you are running in to do business at the last minute on December 31st, you will find Diana welcoming, calm and professional. I once had a problem making phone payments to a particular company. The individual from the company conferenced in PECU. Diana immediately recognized my voice. The individual from the company commented several times that such personal service was unbelievable. PECU is an Austin institution that has not lost its college town charm and Diana Miller is a prime example of that.

Applying for a loan from PECU was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Loan officer Audrey was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. When my financial circumstances changed in the middle of the application process she graciously made adjustments to accommodate my situation. I will continue to do business with PECU and highly recommend this bank to anyone.

Audrey Lynch was easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. She is professional and provided helpful service on our Home Equity loan. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the interest rate we received and we will absolutely use PECU again in the future.

Lauren and PECU are the best in banking one can expect. I was worried Lauren might not be able to help me and my stupid action but she assisted above and beyond and I cannot be more happy! Stood by me every step. I have been with this institution for 15 plus years and they continue to help as if I were their first customer. I’ve recommended them to all my family and others.

Lauren at the main office spent a long time patiently helping me! I wondered if perhaps there could be a *special division* dedicated to those over 70. We take so much more time! I was lucky to have her, but I used so much of her time!
