I recently had the pleasure of working with Haley at the Walnut Creek Business Park to open a business account, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the bank, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of their customers, but Haley is certainly one of those individuals. Today I opened a new account with PECU. Haley did a fantastic job getting me all set up. She is beautiful person. I really enjoyed talking to her with my deep southern draw. Haley understood me without a problem. I have gone to other Credit Unions and had problem talking to the people. They could not understand my speech. So happy I left other Credit Union & came to PECU. I am a Senior citizen. Thank you Haley for all the help & respect.

Everyone at PECU has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful to me. The Walnut Creek Branch reminds me of a small town business where everyone remembers your name. The drive through is open early and their safety deposit boxes are reasonably priced. This branch has everything I need in a community based credit union and after many years of membership still continues to earn my highest trust and recommendation.

The professionalism has changed at this location due to high teller turnover. I used to enjoy going inside, not any longer. This weekend all systems are down, atms, automated phone system. I have banked with PECU since around 1990.

The staff here are very professional, friendly and welcoming all at the same time. By answering all questions and explaining everything in detail that was easy to understand,, they made it simple and quick to take care of my business needs there. Highly recommend this place of business to anyone looking for an outstanding place in which to take care of all their banking needs.
