One star for financial advisor Christine Holland. We had been communicating via E-message through the online app. I sent an inquiry over the weekend and was aware I wouldn't receive a response until business hours. After sending the original message, I sent two photos for proof of payment. This irritated Christine as she responded very unprofessionally "so there is no reason to send three messages regarding the same issue over the weekend". This is very poor customer service and unprofessional to speak to customers this way.

Sherri helped my husband and I with opening an IRA at PECU and moving investments money from the market into more conservative places there. It was an ordeal with lots of moving pieces, not the least of which was dealing with two rapidly aging seniors! She was so patient , competent, and a complete joy to work with! Can’t thank her enough, even tho I still don’t like their “new” RR location cause it is far from us and hard to get to. But we have been with PECU for over 50 years and love everything about them except that! They do a great job in every way!!!

Great service, been a member for >30 years. Nothing like friendly faces and helpful staff. Sherry was super helpful with our auto loan. She made the process super easy and was able to accommodate our schedule. Keep up the great work PECU!

Worst tech of any financial institution out there. No easy way to set auto-payments, wish I'd gotten the loan with a higher rate from a real bank.

I have been a member for about two years and my favorite thing about PECU is the excellent service. I joined PECU after spending 20 years at a large, impersonal bank. Everyone that I have done business with at a branch or online has been very nice and helpful. The user experience of online banking is intuitive and is not based on funneling you into additional products or offerings. I recommend this credit union to everyone eligible to join. For those of you looking to make the jump from a large bank to a credit unition, PECU’s online banking tools are identical in most and superior in many ways to anything the big banks offer.

Did an RV loan through PECU last week. The sellers were from out of town so was a little more complicated with getting original signatures, etc.Sherry Linebarger did an amazing job of keeping everyone informed and moving things along. This was my second loan with PECU and they have always been efficient and professional.

Public Employees Credit deserves a 5 star rating all of the time! I have been for about 22 years a member and worked with previous staff as well and never had an issue with anyone or anything concerning this Beaumont, Texas Branch. This Branch is absolutely incredible and all Employees should receive a pay raise or and appreciation financial token!!! I did NOT choose 4 1/2 stars! They deserve a 5 star

The Teller, cannot remember her name, was awesome. Everytime I go through the drive-thru she always brings a smile to my face. Very happy personality. Very enjoyable.
