This was my first time using a storage facility. Breana was extremely helpful and kind, she kept me informed about my unit and any changes to it. The move in day went very smooth!! I would recommend Public Storage to everyone!!!

Fast, personal, exceptional service! Breana was especially helpful in finding exactly what we needed quickly. The space is great and easy to get in to...clean, and climate controlled. I feel that my stored items will be safe for the short time we need it.

1PM doors locked and no one to assist in simply buying boxes. Called the number on the door and they gave me another number. Called that number and they gave me another number. Complete waste of time and not managed. I could only imagine if someone was storing things and had an emergency

Not exactly sure when they work. I’m always present at their office during business hours and nobody’s ever in. Tried calling during business hours and nobody ever answers. This has happened at least 6 times over. Who exactly runs this place?
