Prices hike randomly. By over %40 at once with no options for long term pricing. If in a pinch, then good.
Also, they removed the big door with a tiny narrow metal door. Makes it harder to move stuff in. Overall, not happy.

Had a great experience with Nate at Public Storage. He was super helpful and made the rental process easy. The facility was clean and secure. Nate made the whole thing smooth—definitely recommend!

Everyone that I dealt with has been very helpful. Nate, thank you for all the support when I came in and I was stressed out about being over charged by a substantial amount of money. I’d rent from here again.

Lauren helped with me a personal situation by going above and beyond. I was able to retrieve my items due to her again going above and beyond for the customer I want to thank Public Storage for being understanding and for expressing true compassion in my situation which is not something their use to dealing with but again the customer is satisfied and they deserve 10 stars had that been a option.
