Great location very convenient to pull up load and unload. Shana that works Front desk is great. She helped me replace a lightbulb in my unit and help me access my unit when I had issues.

Renting space here made moving so so much easier than it would have been otherwise. With an unfortunate gap between leases, discounted rates, and amazing staff (thank you Shana!!!!), Public Storage helped me get through a tough few weeks. Shana made the process extremely seamless; she helped me get set up, showed me the best ways to get to my unit & was a joy to meet!

Exceptionally clean properly and well gated.
I felt very safe on this property despite its location.
Questionable climate control, but as to be expected when people leave doors open while moving their things into the storage units.

Tardy on review. Apalling atmosphere. Feces, dead rat on a box of ours, rat urine penetrated on everything that wasn’t a Rubbermaid (rug, furniture, cardboard boxes, linens, etc). Our first floor unit was used to hold our 2-bedroom belongings, while in limbo from selling our place to closing on our next. Our items were in storage for about a year and a half. Jordan (Manager) offered me a $372 refund by public storage if I signed a release of my opinion of any negative light. This amount should’ve been refunded to me as a note of an apology and admittance of the terrible conditions this was in. $372 doesn’t come close to replacing what I had to throw away, nor to have the right to conversation about the truth. I did not feel safe, and I also felt the discomfort the solo front desk lady had. I even gave her a safety whistle in case she felt the need to use it. Good value, high risk.

The woman working the front office, Shana, was so, so nice and helpful! She even locked up the office for a couple of minutes so she could walk with me and show me where my unit was and how to work the lock. I’ve never had a storage unit before and she made the whole thing so easy and not stressful. The 50% off first month promotion was also great!
