Cynthia and Nicholas are a great support pairing at this location, coming up on 3’rd month of renting here . I own a landscape gardening design company here in ATX. Great efficiency in their Mobile app remote entry structuring.
The only constructive feedback I would give for the team to reevaluate, 9:00 pm is an early cutoff point for entry/exit , as someone who utilizes the cooler hours of summer evenings in the Frisky Texas Heat, I would highly recommend the Board consider a one hour extension to 10:00 pm. Thanks for wrangling up those frisky nails and screws in the driveway Cynthia, tremendous, looking after our commute home propahs . Don’t sleep on the romantic sunsets looking West Y’all , and if the wind blows right , a beautiful southerly fragrance of French Fries and Curry Spices Frying amidst the Marbled Briskets 🥂

Nikki helped me set up a unit this previous month. It was a bit difficult to clear up my old unit and move all my stuff over but that’s besides the point.
She helped me with setting up my new unit at public storage. I moved from a different storage company so I had a whole truck load of stuff to move in and Nikki was there to help basically the entire way apart from setting my lock code.
Happy with the help I received. Wish I would’ve been able to thank her better in person she was an extreme extreme help and she basically made things simple for my mind. I have Asperger’s syndrome so nothing comes easy for me so if you go here ask for Nikki and she’ll set you up good. She’s understanding and very patient with people.

Great Experience and Top Notch Service. Cynthia went above and beyond. She had to walk in the 105 degree Texas heat twice to the far end of the facility to get me into the two lockers I got at auction. And had a friendly and great attitude about it all. This is the second time I got auction units at the facility and I will be back. You guys need to get Cynthia a golf cart...it is HOT in Texas!

Talk about service. Cynthia was cool as a cucumber. She was rockin a rainbow head scarf, like she was ready for a Minnesota winter, and yet she still took the time to walk me around the property. We must have looked at a half dozen different units under the Texas summer sun, and she never seemed like she was in a hurry or even noticed the heat. Gave me a great rate too. I just hope the great price doesn'tturn into a bait and s2itch six months down the road. Cuz then I'll have to replace this compliment with a complaint.
